Abstract

本发明涉及可透光骨科接骨板,包括由碳纤维材料制成的板体,板体上设置有多个螺钉孔,板体中设置有钽丝。上述的可透光骨科接骨板,其采用碳纤维作为材料,其弹性模量更接近骨骼,并且其在X光下具有可透光性,能观察骨骼的愈合程度,并且其中有一根钽丝,用于X光下观察钢板位置。

技术领域
本发明涉及到医疗器械中的接骨板技术领域,特别是指一种可透光骨科接骨板。
背景技术
现有的接骨板通常采用钛为材料。接骨板在使用后,通常通过X光来观察骨骼愈合的程度及接骨板的位置。由于钛材料在X光下不可透,导致上述的接骨板在使用后,X光只能观察接骨板的位置,而不能观察骨骼愈合的程度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种在使用后,通过X光,既能观察骨骼的愈合程度,又能观察接骨板的位置的可透光骨科接骨板。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:可透光骨科接骨板,包括由碳纤维材料制成的板体,板体上设置有多个螺钉孔,板体中设置有钽丝。
所述钽丝为环形。
所述钽丝的环形形状与板体的形状相同。
所述钽丝的环形大小小于板体的外缘大小。
所述钽丝设置在板体的内部。
本发明的有益效果是:上述的可透光骨科接骨板,其采用碳纤维作为材料,其弹性模量更接近骨骼,并且其在X光下具有可透光性,能观察骨骼的愈合程度,并且其中有一根钽丝,用于X光下观察钢板位置。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的可透光骨科接骨板作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,可透光骨科接骨板,包括由碳纤维材料制成的板体1,板体1上设置有多个螺钉孔2,板体1中设置有钽丝3。所述钽丝3为环形。所述钽丝3的环形形状与板体1的形状相同。所述钽丝3的环形大小小于板体1的外缘大小,以略小于板体1的外缘大小为最佳。所述钽丝3设置在板体1的内部,制作时通过一体成型设置在板体1的内部。
如图2所示,上述的可透光骨科接骨板,其采用碳纤维作为材料,其弹性模量更接近骨骼,使用后,在X光下,板体1具有可透光性,板体1为透明状态,能观察骨骼的愈合程度,其中的钽丝3为不可透,且钽丝3的形状与板体1的形状相同,不仅可以准确地判断钢板的位置,而且可以确定钢板外缘的位置。

1.可透光骨科接骨板,其特征在于:包括由碳纤维材料制成的板体,板体上设置有多个螺钉孔,板体中设置有钽丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可透光骨科接骨板,其特征在于:所述钽丝为环形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可透光骨科接骨板,其特征在于:所述钽丝的环形形状与板体的形状相同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可透光骨科接骨板,其特征在于:所述钽丝的环形大小小于板体的外缘大小。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的可透光骨科接骨板,其特征在于:所述钽丝设置在板体的内部。
