本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由固定圈、弯钩、插销、横杆、凹钩组成，其特征在于弯钩上面留有固定圈，弯钩下面留有插销、横杆与凹钩，使用时，把固定圈固定在架子上，把物品挂在凹钩上，再把插销扣上即可。
