本实用新型主要包括勺体和勺把，勺把顶端贴放固定在一个夹子表面，所述夹子由两块压板和弹簧组成；在夹子表面开设透孔。
正常使用时，使用者握住勺把，利用勺体舀取液体食物，此时可正常使用勺子。封口使用时，使用者按压打开夹子，把展开的夹子夹住包装袋的袋口处，通过夹子来对包装袋进行封口操作。存放时，使用者可把夹子表面的透孔悬挂在墙面的挂钩上，可悬挂存放。
