本实用新型涉及一种阀,特别是指对卫生要求比较高的隔膜阀。
背景技术
目前阀的种类很多,本实用新型特指的隔膜阀的种类也很多,现有技术中也有与本实用新型接近的隔膜阀,如图1、图2和图3所示,它包括有隔膜阀执行器、隔膜阀膜片和隔膜阀阀体,其中隔膜阀阀体的与隔膜阀膜片接触的周面上为平面,对应的隔膜阀膜片上设置有密封加强凸径,这样密封凸径在于阀体接触的时候在其凸径的内存形成狭缝滞留区,一些流质容易滞留在该狭缝滞留区,造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种隔膜阀膜片与隔膜阀阀体接触的密封面上没有狭缝滞留区的新型的隔膜阀。
实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,一种隔膜阀,包括有隔膜阀执行器、隔膜阀膜片和隔膜阀阀体,所述隔膜阀阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,进口通道和出口通道衔接处具有一个凸起,所述隔膜阀膜片从隔膜阀阀体上侧的通道内置入与凸起配合构成隔膜阀的导通和关闭,其特征在于:所述隔膜阀阀体上侧通道的周边与隔膜阀膜片密封接触的接触面上围其一周设置有圆弧凸起,且该圆弧凸起贴近通道的通道壁面设置。
通过采用上述方案,我们可以通过圆弧凸起对膜片进行挤压密封,另外由于该圆弧凸起贴近通道的通道壁面设置,这样在内侧就没有狭缝滞留区,非常卫生。
本实用新型的进一步设置是:所述隔膜阀膜片与隔膜阀阀体接触的密封面为平面。
进一步设置的目的是使产品密封性能更好。

具体实施方式
如图4-6所示,一种隔膜阀,包括有隔膜阀执行器1、隔膜阀膜片2和隔膜阀阀体3,所述隔膜阀阀体3内设置有进口通道31和出口通道32,进口通道31和出口通道32衔接处具有一个凸起33,所述隔膜阀膜片2从隔膜阀阀体3上侧的通道34内置入与凸起33配合构成隔膜阀的导通和关闭,上述的技术特征在现有技术中也是常见的,做一就不详细说明了,在本实用新型实施例中,所述隔膜阀阀体3上侧通道34的周边与隔膜阀膜片2密封接触的接触面341上围其一周设置有圆弧凸起342,且该圆弧凸起342贴近通道34的通道壁面343设置,通过采用上述方案,我们可以通过圆弧凸起33对膜片2进行挤压密封,另外由于该圆弧凸起33贴近通道34的通道壁面343设置,这样在内侧就没有狭缝滞留区,非常卫生。为了使密封效果更好,所述隔膜阀膜片2与隔膜阀阀体3接触的密封面21为平面。

1.一种隔膜阀,包括有隔膜阀执行器、隔膜阀膜片和隔膜阀阀体,所述隔膜阀阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,进口通道和出口通道衔接处具有一个凸起,所述隔膜阀膜片从隔膜阀阀体上侧的通道内置入与凸起配合构成隔膜阀的导通和关闭,其特征在于:所述隔膜阀阀体上侧通道的周边与隔膜阀膜片密封接触的接触面上围其一周设置有圆弧凸起,且该圆弧凸起贴近通道的通道壁面设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜阀,其特征在于:所述隔膜阀膜片与隔膜阀阀体接触的密封面为平面。
