本实用新型涉及一种阀门机械领域,尤其涉及一种楔度环刀形阀。
背景技术
目前,国内的对夹式刀形阀的阀体的密封装置安装在阀体的一侧,液体的流向从阀门的一端流向另一端,当阀门的闸板关闭时,由于刀形阀的密封装置只安装在阀体的一侧,密封不严,液体会从密封装置处内漏,严重影响刀形阀的使用效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种密封严密、使用效果好的楔度环刀形阀。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种楔度环刀形阀,其中包括:阀体、闸板,闸板安装在阀体中,闸板一侧的阀体上固定安装有密封圈,其特点在于:所述的闸板上固定设计有闸板楔度圆环,所述的阀体上固定设计有阀体楔度圆环,闸板楔度圆环与阀体楔度圆环位置相对应。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型在使用时,向下关闭闸板时,闸板楔度圆环与阀体楔度圆环互相推压,强制闸板与一侧的密封圈严密接触,增加了使用效果。

一种楔度环刀形阀,如图1,2,3所示,其中包括:阀体1、闸板2,闸板2安装在阀体1中,闸板2一侧的阀体1上固定安装有密封圈3,闸板2上固定设计有闸板楔度圆环4,所述的阀体1上固定设计有阀体楔度圆环5,闸板楔度圆环4与阀体楔度圆环5位置相对应。
在本实施例中,闸板上的闸板楔度圆环上部厚,下部薄,在闸板楔度圆环从上部向下部过渡的过程中,闸板楔度圆环逐渐由厚变薄;阀体上的阀体楔度圆环上部薄,下部厚,在阀体楔度圆环从上部向下部过渡的过程中,阀体楔度圆环逐渐由薄变厚;在闸板由上至下关闭时,闸板楔度圆环与阀体楔度圆环之间的相互挤压力逐渐加大,强制闸板与一侧阀体上的密封圈紧密连接。
本实用新型有益效果是:本实用新型中的闸板楔度圆环与阀体楔度圆环的楔度不相同,闸板向下关闭时,闸板与一侧阀体上的密封圈紧密连接,消除内漏。
