背景技术
目前,在建筑中普遍使用岩棉板,但普通的岩棉板往往存在几个问题:1.不
容易粘结;2. 吸水性高,易变形;3. 工人在施工中直接接触岩棉板,普遍造成皮肤病,即使做了防护,也无法避免;4.岩棉板强度不够,易脱落。

为解决以上技术上的不足,本实用新型提供了一种使用方便,易于安装,阻燃保温性能好的防火隔离无机复合保温板。

本实用新型的一种防火隔离无机复合保温板,包括岩棉板,所述岩棉板上下表面均粘接有无机面板,所述无机面板表层内嵌入有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,岩棉板端面上均粘结有保温板,该复合保温板设置有贯穿岩棉板、无机面板和耐碱玻璃纤维网格布的固定孔。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的防火隔离无机复合保温板,包括岩棉板3,岩棉板3上下表面均粘接有无机面板1,无机面板1表层内嵌入有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布2,岩棉板3端面上均粘结有保温板4,该复合保温板设置有贯穿岩棉板3、无机面板1和耐碱玻璃纤维网格布2的固定孔5。
无机面板1为硅酸钙板、玻镁板或水泥压力板。保温板4为EPS板、XPS保温板、PU板或酚醛树脂板。采用粘结砂浆抹在无机面板1上,用于粘住岩棉板3和保温板4。用锚固件穿过固定孔5后固定在墙体上。
岩棉板3被双层的无机面板1压力复合,易施工,粘结。无机面板1的双面复合,使岩棉板3与水不直接接触,不易变形。岩棉板3经压力双面复合,岩棉板3不外漏,工人施工中直接接触双面无机面板1,对人体无伤害。粘结砂浆抹在无机面板1上,无机面板1粘结性能强,不易脱落。

1.一种防火隔离无机复合保温板,包括岩棉板,其特征在于:所述岩棉板上下表面均粘接有无机面板,所述无机面板表层内嵌入有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,岩棉板端面上均粘结有保温板,该复合保温板设置有贯穿岩棉板、无机面板和耐碱玻璃纤维网格布的固定孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火隔离无机复合保温板,其特征在于:所述无机面板为硅酸钙板、玻镁板或水泥压力板。
