本实用新型公开了一种防溢胶的模具结构，包括压料板、注料板和下模板，所述压料板位于所述注料板上并压住所述注料板，所述注料板的底部和下模板的上表面分别设有凸出平面的高弹力的软性垫，所述过滤网放置在所述软性垫上。本实用新型的有益效果是，通过在模具上增加高弹力的软性垫，有效的防止了产品溢胶的情况，也避免了因为注料板和下模架的挤压力过大，压坏滤网的情况。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及橡胶注射模具，尤其涉及一种带过滤网的密封圈的防溢胶的模具结构。
背景技术
目前带过滤网的密封圈的类似产品广泛采用的硫化模具结构由压料板、注料板和下模板组成，在注料板的底部和下模架的上平面设置凸台，凸台压在过滤网上，防止溢胶，如图1所示。由于注胶时注料板和下模架紧闭，虽然可以防止溢胶，但用力过大易把滤网压扁。由此成型的带过滤网的密封圈在使用过程中遇到水压较高的情况时，易发生断裂，使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题，本实用新型提供了一种防溢胶的模具结构，解决现有技术中防溢胶也防压扁滤网的问题。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案来实现：一种防溢胶的模具结构，包括压料板、注料板和下模板，所述压料板位于所述注料板上并压住所述注料板，其特征在于，所述注料板的底部和下模板的上表面分别设有凸出平面的高弹力的软性垫，所述过滤网放置在所述软性垫上。
优选的，所述的软性垫是圆环形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过在模具上增加高弹力的软性垫，有效的防止了产品溢胶的情况，也避免了因为注料板和下模架的挤压力过大，压坏滤网的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图2所示，一种防溢胶的模具结构，包括压料板1、注料板2和下模板3，所述压料板1位于所述注料板2上并压住所述注料板2，所述注料板2的底部和下模板3的上表面分别设有凸出平面的高弹力的软性垫4，过滤网放置在所述软性垫4上。
所述的软性垫4是圆环形状。
所述的软性垫4的材质是硅胶。
在使用中，如图3所示，将滤网放入模具的下模板3，位于软性垫4上，然后合上注料板2，在注料板2上放入块状橡胶，合上压料板1，启动设备对压料板1施加注压力。由于注料板2受到压力，使注料板2和下模板3上的软性垫4压住滤网表面，消除了金属滤网与注料板2和下模板3的间隙。也就是在橡胶注胶之前，滤网已经被封住，随着注压力的增加，注料板2的橡胶在高温高压下变为流体状，通过注料板2的注料孔5填满模具型腔，这样橡胶不会溢出粘附在滤网表面。

1.一种防溢胶的模具结构，包括压料板、注料板和下模板，所述压料板位于所述注料板上并压住所述注料板，其特征在于，所述注料板的底部和下模板的上表面分别设有凸出平面的高弹力的软性垫，过滤网放置在所述软性垫上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防溢胶的模具结构，其特征在于，所述的软性垫是圆环形状。
