Abstract

配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置,设有注入直流信号源和限流电抗器,将注入直流信号源和限流电抗器串联后接入IT电力系统配电变压器中性点,在配电变压器的每一条出线回路上装设一个霍尔电流互感器。根据本实用新型配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置,当某一回路发生单相接地故障,该接地相的对地电阻值降低,当低于绝缘监测装置的设定值时,该装置发出故障报警信号,维修人员得到故障线路进行准确的定位进行维护、检修。

一种配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种绝缘故障诊断技术领域,尤其涉及一种绝缘故障选线装置。
技术背景
目前,在IT电力系统(供电行业内指无中心导体的常用供电系统)中运用的绝缘监测装置大部分都只具有对地绝缘检测及绝缘故障报警功能,当系统中某一回路发生单相接地故障,该接地相的对地电阻值降低,当低于绝缘监测装置的设定值时,该装置发出故障报警信号,维修人员进行维护、检修,因实际系统中线路较多,如不能对故障线路进行准确的定位,那将大大的增加了维护、检修人员的工作量。而少部分具有绝缘故障选线功能的绝缘监测装置则是通过在母线或支线上注入交流信号,检测各回路的电流互感器的输出值,来实现对接地回路的判断和接地电阻的检测,而这种检测方式因受母线对地间电容影响较大,故精度很难保证,可靠性较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,提出一种绝缘故障选线装置。尤其是配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置。
配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置,设有注入直流信号源和限流电抗器,将注入直流信号源和限流电抗器串联后接入IT电力系统配电变压器中性点,在配电变压器的每一条出线回路上装设一个霍尔电流互感器;当配电变压器输出的某一路出线发生绝缘劣化或出现接地故障时,该路线缆对地电阻阻值大幅下降,注入直流信号源在该路形成显著的泄漏电流Imcsn由霍尔电流互感器检测;通过监测每一路出线上装设互感器的感应电压即可对多回路系统的接地故障实现定位。当系统对地绝缘情况良好时,直流源无法在系统中形成幅值明显的直流泄漏电流Imcs,每一个霍尔电流互感器都不能感应出故障电压。
因为故障定位并不依据线路本身的电气量信号而是通过外加信号实现判别,故无论接地故障发生在相导体上还是中性导体上,该装置都能正确选线。
本实用新型有益效果是:根据本实用新型配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置,当某一回路发生单相接地故障,该接地相的对地电阻值降低,当低于绝缘监测装置的设定值时,该装置发出故障报警信号,维修人员得到故障线路进行准确的定位进行维护、检修。本实用新型利用直流叠加法测泄漏电流。通过在系统中注入直流电源并利用霍尔电流互感器监测各回路的绝缘泄露电流,根据绝缘泄露电流的不同进行选线。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该装置采用一个直流信号源,与一个限流电抗器串联后接入配电变压器中性点,在系统的每一条出线回路上装设一个霍尔电流互感器。当系统对地绝缘情况良好时,直流源无法在系统中形成幅值明显的直流泄漏电流Imcs,每一个霍尔电流互感器都不能感应出故障电压。当系统中某一路出线发生绝缘劣化或出现接地故障时,该路线缆对地电阻阻值大幅下降,直流源可在该路中形成显著的泄漏电流Imcsn,该路的电流互感器可感应出故障电压。通过监测每一路出线上装设互感器的感应电压即可对多回路系统的接地故障实现定位。需要说明的是,因为故障定位并不依据线路本身的电气量信号而是通过外加信号实现判别,故无论接地故障发生在相导体上还是中性导体上,该装置都能正确选线。

1.配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障选线装置,其特征是设有注入直流信号源和限流电抗器,将注入直流信号源和限流电抗器串联后接入IT电力系统配电变压器中性点,在配电变压器的每一条出线回路上装设一个霍尔电流互感器。
