Abstract

配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障定线定相方法,采用微处理器单元一,单元二包括注入直流信号源、采样电阻R和电压表组件;注入直流信号源输入至三相IT电力系统的中性导体即零线、注入直流信号源串入采样电阻R接入中性导体,电压表组件通过投切开关从每相引出,单元三为装置投切开关,单元四为IT电力系统每一相输出回路中设置霍尔电流互感器,单元二、三、四通过现场总线接到单元一,在微处理单元显示装置上显示;当IT电力系统中某回路发生单相接地故障时,可辨别出故障线路与故障相;在IT电力系统输出回路中设置霍尔电流互感器和电压表;在IT电力系统中注入直流电源,利用直流叠加法测泄漏电流。

一种配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障定线定相方法
技术领域
       本发明涉及一种绝缘故障诊断技术领域,尤其涉及一种绝缘故障选线选相方法。
背景技术
目前,在IT电力系统(供电行业内指无中心导体的常用供电系统)中运用的绝缘监测装置大部分都只具有对地绝缘检测及绝缘故障报警功能,当系统中某一回路发生单相接地故障,该接地相的对地电阻值降低,当低于绝缘监测装置的设定值时,该装置发出故障报警信号,维修人员进行维护、检修,因实际系统中线路较多,如不能对故障线路、故障相进行准确的定位,那将大大的增加了维护、检修人员的工作量。而少部分具有绝缘故障选线功能的绝缘监测装置则是通过在母线或支线上注入交流信号,检测各回路的电流互感器的输出值,来实现对接地回路的判断和接地电阻的检测,而这种检测方式因受母线对地间电容影响较大,故精度很难保证,可靠性较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种IT电力系统绝缘故障选线选相方法,尤其是配出中性导体的三相IT电力系统接地故障定线定相方法。
本发明技术方案是:配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障定线定相方法,采用微处理器单元1,单元2包括注入直流信号源、采样电阻R和电压表组件;注入直流信号源输入至三相IT电力系统的中性导体即零线、注入直流信号源串入采样电阻R接入中性导体,电压表组件通过投切开关从每相引出,单元3为装置投切开关,单元4为IT电力系统每一相输出回路中设置霍尔电流互感器,单元2、3、4可通过现场总线连接到单元1,在微处理单元显示装置上显示检测结果;配出中性导体的三相IT电力系统,当IT电力系统中某回路发生单相接地故障时,可辨别出故障线路与故障相;在IT电力系统输出回路中设置霍尔电流互感器和电压表;在IT电力系统中注入直流电源,利用直流叠加法测泄漏电流,由电压表显示且连接至微处理器的输入端;通过在IT电力系统中注入直流电源并利用霍尔电流传感器监测各回路的绝缘泄露电流,根据不同相的霍尔电流互感器监测的绝缘泄露电流的不同进行选相选线。
本发明有益效果是:通过提出的配出中性导体的三相IT电力系统接地故障定线定相方法。能对故障线路、故障相进行准确的定位,精度和可靠性较高。

具体实施方式
图中所示的故障电流回路为第n路出线的中性导体发生接地故障时的电流走向。装置工作具体方法如下:
通过在系统中注入直流电源并利用霍尔电流传感器监测各回路的绝缘泄露电流,根据绝缘泄露电流的不同进行选线。通过观察三个电压表的数值(同时电压信号通过光耦传递给微处理器),确定故障相。当IT电力系统中某回路发生单相接地故障时,可辨别出故障线路与故障相。
绝缘故障报警可通过检测采样电阻R的端电压,端电压突然上升则说明某处接地导致了故障电流的产生,流经R时产生了电压,从而可判定系统绝缘故障,并能通过电阻R的端电压与接地点接地电阻端电压的比例关系测算出接地电阻阻值;
图中单元1为上位机(工控机或基于单片机的处理显示装置),单元2为注入直流信号源、采样电阻R和电压表集成体,单元3为装置投切开关,单元4为每一路出线上套的霍尔电流互感器,2、3、4单元可通过现场总线结构连接到单元1,在上位机综合显示检测结果。图中所示的故障电流回路为第n路出线的中性导体发生接地故障时的电流走向。装置工作具体方法如下:
绝缘故障报警;绝缘故障报警可通过检测采样电阻R的端电压,端电压突然上升则说明某处接地导致了故障电流的产生,流经R时产生了电压,从而可判定系统绝缘故障,并能通过电阻R的端电压与接地点接地电阻端电压的比例关系测算出接地电阻阻值;
1.定位故障回路;检测每一路出线上的霍尔电流互感器CT是否感应出故障电压,当某一路CT对应的出线发生接地时,故障电流流经该CT,即可感应出故障电压从而判定故障发生在该路出线。
2.指示故障相;该项功能通过三个电压表实现,发生单相接地时,电压表测量数值升高的相即为故障相。需要特别说明的是,如果第一步已经检测出系统存在接地故障,而三个电压表数值均未爬升,则可判定接地故障发生在中性导体上。
如图所示,当接地故障发生在图示接地位置(第n路出线的中性导体上)时,该方案的响应方式为:
1.监测到采样电阻R端电压上升,判断出系统出现接地故障,计算出接地电阻阻值;
2.第n路出线上装设的电流互感器感应出故障电压,判断出故障发生在第n路出线上;
3.三台电压表显示数据均为220V(相电压),可判断出故障发生在中性导体上。
4.上位机详细显示故障信息,即:第n路出线的中性导体发生接地故障,接地电阻阻值为**KΩ。

Claims (1)

1.配出中性导体的IT电力系统接地故障定线定相方法,其特征是采用单元一、二、三、四,单元一为微处理器,单元二包括注入直流信号源、采样电阻R和电压表组件;注入直流信号源输入至三相IT电力系统的中性导体即零线、注入直流信号源串入采样电阻R接入中性导体,单元三为装置投切开关,电压表组件通过装置投切开关从每相引出,单元四为IT电力系统每一相输出回路中设置的霍尔电流互感器,单元二、三、四通过现场总线连接到单元一,在单元一的显示装置上显示检测结果;当IT电力系统中某回路发生单相接地故障时,能够辨别出故障线路与故障相;
通过在IT电力系统中注入直流信号源并利用霍尔电流互感器监测各回路的绝缘泄漏电流,根据不同相的霍尔电流互感器监测的绝缘泄漏电流的不同进行选相选线;通过观察电压表组件的三个电压表的数值,确定故障相;具体方法如下:
绝缘故障报警:检测采样电阻R的端电压,端电压突然上升则说明某处接地导致了故障电流的产生,流经采样电阻R时产生了电压,从而判定系统绝缘故障,并能通过采样电阻R的端电压与接地点接地电阻端电压的比例关系测算出接地电阻阻值;
定位故障回路:检测每一路出线上的霍尔电流互感器是否感应出故障电压,当某一路霍尔电流互感器对应的出线发生接地时,故障电流流经该霍尔电流互感器,即可感应出故障电压从而判定故障发生在该路出线;
指示故障相:通过电压表组件的三个电压表实现,发生单相接地时,电压表测量数值升高的相即为故障相;如果已经检测出系统存在接地故障,而三个电压表数值均未爬升,则可判定接地故障发生在中性导体上。
