Abstract

一种带重量感应功能的微波炉，包括炉体、炉脚和重量感应器，所述炉脚的数量为三个，在炉脚与炉体的底板之间设置有重量感应器，炉脚位于重量感应器的外侧，且和重量感应器相接触。本实用新型在微波炉的底板上设置三个炉脚，并与之一一对应的设置了三个重量感应器，有效的避免了传统四炉脚型的微波炉在生产和使用过程中因操作不当造成炉脚不平，致使四个炉脚上的重量感应器不能全部有效的工作，从而导致食物重量测量结果不准的情况发生。它不仅能准确有效的测出食物的重量，还可以将所测食物的重量数据进行处理后，提供一个合理的加热时间给使用者参考。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种微波炉，特别是一种带重量感应功能的微波炉。
背景技术
现有的具有重量感应功能的微波炉，除了加温加热的功能外，还可以称出食物的重量，其原理为：微波炉的四个炉脚上均设有重量感应器，上述重量感应器均与微波炉的控制装置相连接；当食物放置在微波炉的传盘内时，重量感应器能够检测到由转盘传来的压力，重量感应器将数据传递给微波炉的控制装置，控制装置根据程序计算得出食物的重量。如中国专利文献号CN2011170617于2008年12月24日公布了一种可称重的微波炉，包括微波炉箱体，四个炉脚和四个感应器。该微波炉的四个炉脚上安装的感应器，当食物放进微波炉后，通过感应器就可以知道食物的重量。上述结构的缺陷在于：由于微波炉的炉脚结构复杂，现有的4个炉脚称重微波炉在生产和使用过程中往往会因操作不当而造成炉脚不平，致使四个重量感应器不能全部有效的工作，因而影响计算结果；且上述设计没有将食物的重量和所需要的加热数据进行整合处理，以提供给使用者参考。因此，需要做进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种能准确有效的测出食物的重量，并将所测食物需要的加热数据进行处理后提供给使用者参考的微波炉，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种带重量感应功能的微波炉，包括炉体、炉脚和重量感应器，其结构特征是所述炉脚的数量为三个，在炉脚与炉体的底板之间设置有重量感应器，炉脚位于重量感应器的外侧，且和重量感应器相接触。
所述重量感应器与炉脚一一对应设置，重量感应器通过螺钉固定在底板外侧。炉脚包括外框、支撑块和金属片；外框的底部开有通孔，支撑块插入通孔中，支撑块还设置有相对称的弹性连接件两翼，通过弹性连接件将支撑块与安装部连接，安装部通过螺钉与外框固定。
所述支撑块顶部放置有金属片，金属片与重量感应器的传感点接触。
所述重量感应器通过数据线与控制面板的电脑处理器相连接，电脑处理器将经过处理的数据显示在显示屏上。
本实用新型在微波炉的底板上设置三个炉脚，并与之一一对应的设置了三个重量感应器，有效的避免了传统四炉脚型的微波炉因在生产和使用过程中操作不当造成炉脚不平，致使四个炉脚上的重量感应器不能全部有效的工作，从而导致食物重量测量结果不准的情况的发生。本设计不仅能准确有效的测出食物的重量，还可以将所测食物的重量数据进行处理后，提供一个合理的加热时间给使用者参考。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1-图3，一种带重量感应功能的微波，包括炉体1、炉脚2和重量感应器3，重量感应器通过螺钉固定在底板11的外侧。微波炉的炉体1底部设置有三个炉脚2，其中两个炉脚2设置在靠近微波炉变压器的一侧，一个炉脚2设置在微波炉另一侧的中部；三个重量感应器3分别与三个炉脚2一一对应设置。微波炉的炉脚2包括外框21、支撑块22和金属片23；外框21的底部开有通孔211，支撑块22插入通孔中，支撑块22设置有相对称的弹性连接件221两翼，通过弹性连接件221将支撑块22与安装部222连接，安装部222通过螺钉与外框21固定，从而使支撑块22可以在通孔211内的竖直方向上下移动。支撑块22的顶部设置有金属片23，金属片与重量感应器3的传感点接触。
本实用新型的工作原理是：当把食物放进微波炉箱体后，由于整体重量增加，支撑块22就可以在竖直方向上小范围运动，从而带动金属片23移动，进而接触重量感应器3，使之测得重量数据；然后通过分别连接三个重量感应器3的数据线把每个感应器的数据信号传输至在微波炉控制面板的电脑板处，经过相应程序处理后，再在显示屏上面显示出食物的重量和所需加热时间；最后使用者通过电脑板输入命令，来确定本次加热的具体时间。

Claims (5)

1.一种带重量感应功能的微波炉，包括炉体(1)、炉脚(2)和重量感应器(3)，其特征是所述炉脚的数量为三个，在炉脚(2)与炉体的底板(11)之间设置有重量感应器(3)，炉脚(2)位于重量感应器(3)的外侧，且和重量感应器(3)相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带重量感应功能的微波炉，其特征是所述重量感应器(3)与炉脚(2)一一对应设置，重量感应器(3)通过螺钉固定在底板(11)的外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带重量感应功能的微波炉，其特征是所述炉脚(2)包括外框(21)、支撑块(22)和金属片(23)；外框(21)的底部开有通孔(211)，支撑块(22)插入通孔(211)中，支撑块(22)设置有相对称的弹性连接件(221)两翼，通过弹性连接件将支撑块(22)与安装部(222)连接，安装部(222)通过螺钉与外框(21)固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带重量感应功能的微波炉，其特征是所述支撑块(22)顶部放置有金属片(23)，金属片与重量感应器(3)的传感点接触。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的带重量感应功能的微波炉，其特征是所述重量感应器(3)通过数据线与控制面板的电脑处理器相连接，电脑处理器将经过处理的数据显示在显示屏上。
