本实用新型涉及一种LED灯电源,特别是涉及一种具有高效、长寿命的LED灯散热电源。
背景技术
随着LED技术的发展,大面积的LED显示屏日渐增多,现有的LED显示屏通常是通过多个灯条组成模组化,并通过灯条电源为LED显示屏提供稳定的电源、控制等。
目前,LED显示屏的功率越来越大,要求电源提供的功率也相应增大,其发热元件产生的热量也会相应增加,导致电源产生的热量也会增加,这样就要求电源能够快速的将热量导出,以免电源电路板上的元器件烧毁,缩短电源的使用寿命等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对背景技术存在的不足而提供一种可将电路板热量快速导出的高效、长寿命的LED灯散热电源。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
本实用新型是一种高效LED灯散热电源,包括一机壳,设于机壳内的一电路板及一风扇,所述的风扇收容于机壳内的一端,机壳内相对风扇的另一端设有通风口,该风扇将电源内部的热量排向该机壳的通风口;所述的机壳由铝材制成,加快散热效果,使整个电源机壳成为散热器。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:在电源机壳内设置了风扇,能够有效的提高对电源系统散热的效果;机壳由铝材制成,进一步提高散热效果;本实用新型具有设计合理、结构简单、使用寿命长等优点。

请参照图1所示,是本实用新型一种高效LED灯散热电源的结构示意图,其包括一机壳1,设于机壳内的一电路板2及一风扇3。
所述的风扇3收容于机壳1内的一端,机壳1内相对风扇3的另一端设有通风口11,该风扇3将电源内部的热量排向该机壳1的通风口11;所述的机壳1由铝材制成,加快散热效果,使整个电源机壳1成为散热器。
