本实用新型涉及油井作业专用工具领域,特别涉及一种适用于油田钻井完井中水平井筛管顶部注水泥完井工艺的专用组合打捞工具。
背景技术
目前现场上使用的打捞工具品种很多,而在这些打捞工具中相对来讲类似滑块卡瓦打捞矛的可靠性较高,且结构简单,操作方便,加工容易。但是在钻井完井过程中,由于种种原因,如胶塞顶替不干净,完井管柱有渗漏等,会导致鱼顶以上有混浆,且混浆的硬度较高,导致打捞工具无法进入鱼腔,造成打捞失败,不能按照预定的完井方式完井,甚至会给完井带来无法估量的损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种遇阻时能够钻掉鱼腔和鱼腔以上的混浆、打捞成功率高的井下专用组合打捞工具。
其技术方案包括捞矛本体及其上的可滑动的滑块卡瓦,捞矛本体上下两端连接有大小磨鞋,磨鞋上均设有与内腔贯通的出液孔,磨鞋下端部均带有齿钻。
所述捞矛本体上的滑块卡瓦不少于三个。
本实用新型结构简单,加工制造方便,其滑块卡瓦和大小磨鞋强度高,性能稳定,使用寿命长,在鱼腔受阻时能够将鱼腔和鱼腔以上的混浆钻掉,因此打捞成功率高。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种油井专用组合打捞工具,是由捞矛本体2、滑块卡瓦3组成,捞矛本体2为三滑块结构,捞矛本体2下端接有一个小磨鞋6,上端接有一个大磨鞋1,大磨鞋1、小磨鞋6都开有斜向的出液孔,并在大小磨鞋的下端面上设有4个齿钻。捞矛本体2外壁间隔设置3各斜面凹槽,三个滑块卡瓦3分别通过下部的凸头与凹槽配合,在凹槽的外端部设有销钉孔4和销钉5,阻止滑块卡瓦3从凹槽中脱出。
使用时,专用组合打捞工具连接在打捞管柱下端,随打捞管柱一起下入,下到鱼腔后,如果下行遇阻,可以开泵循环,利用大磨鞋1和小磨鞋6下端部的齿钻把鱼腔和鱼腔以上的混浆钻掉,加压一定的吨位,缓慢上提,在摩擦力的作用下,滑块卡瓦3与捞矛本体2的斜面产生相对移动,滑块卡瓦3与捞矛本体2中心线距离增加,使打捞尺寸逐渐增大,直至与鱼腔内壁接触为止,继续上提打捞管柱斜面上运动所产生的径向分力迫使滑块卡瓦3咬入鱼腔内壁,抓牢被打捞物体。在打捞管柱上行拉力下,专用组合打捞工具带着被打捞物体上行,起出地面,完成一个工作周期。

1.一种油井专用组合打捞工具,包括捞矛本体及其上的可滑动的滑块卡瓦,其特征在于:捞矛本体上下两端连接有大小磨鞋,磨鞋上均设有与内腔贯通的出液孔,磨鞋下端部均带有齿钻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油井专用组合打捞工具,其特征在于:所述捞矛本体上的滑块卡瓦不少于三个。
