本实用新型是打蛋机风道结构，特别是一种用于家用手持式打蛋机等家用电器的风道结构，属于风道结构的改造技术。 
背景技术
现有目前家用手持式打蛋机噪音为80DB左右，基本上固定在此基础上。而随着生活水平的提高，对环保意识的提高，对家用电器的噪音要求也越来越高。目前大部分产品的静音都是在极力的控制电机转速，提高制造精度，提高生产工艺来控制静音的效果，但这样直接提高了生产成本。并且由于电机转速的降低，电机功率随着降低，使产品性能也随着降低，以致直接影响产品性能达不到消费者的要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种确保在不提高生产成本，也不降低产品性能的情况下降低产品噪音的打蛋机风道结构。本实用新型设计合理，方便实用。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型打蛋机风道结构，包括风道、电机，电机装在风道内，其中机身的进风口与风道的进风口之间设有挡片，或机身的出风口与风道的出风口之间设有挡片，或机身的进风口与风道的进风口之间及机身的出风口与风道的出风口之间同时设置挡片。 
上述电机与风道之间还装设有防震垫。 
上述风道的进风口为圆桶式结构。 
本实用新型打蛋机风道结构采用机身与电机之间增加风道，阻挡电机噪音传递，机身的进风口与风道的进风口之间增设挡片,阻挡风道内的噪音传递，从而达到静音的效果,是一种设计巧妙，性能优良，方便实用的打蛋机风道结构。

实施例： 
本实用新型的结构示意图如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型的打蛋机风道结构，包括风道4、电机5，上述风道4装设在打蛋机的机身1内，电机5装设在风道4内，电机风叶3与电机5的输出轴连接，其中机身1的进风口11与风道4的进风口41之间设有挡片2，或机身1的出风口12与风道4的出风口42之间设有挡片2，或机身1的进风口11与风道4的进风口41之间及机身1的出风口12与风道4的出风口42之间同时设置挡片2。本实施例中，在机身1的进风口11与风道4的进风口41之间设置挡片2，
此外，上述电机5与风道4之间可以增设防震垫6。 
本实施例中，上述风道4的进风口41为圆桶式结构。 
本实用新型的工作原理如下：在机身1与电机5之间增设风道4，阻挡电机5的噪音传递，在机身1的进风口11与风道4的进风口41之间设置挡片2，阻挡风道4内的噪音传递，从而达到静音的效果。

1.一种打蛋机风道结构，包括风道（4）、电机（5），电机（5）装在风道（4）内，其特征在于机身（1）的进风口（11）与风道（4）的进风口（41）之间设有挡片（2），或机身（1）的出风口（12）与风道（4）的出风口（42）之间设有挡片（2），或机身（1）的进风口（11）与风道（4）的进风口（41）之间及机身（1）的出风口（12）与风道（4）的出风口（42）之间同时设置挡片（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的打蛋机风道结构，其特征在于上述电机（5）与风道（4）之间还装设有防震垫（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的打蛋机风道结构，其特征在于上述风道（4）的进风口（41）为圆桶式结构。
