Abstract

太阳能热水器自动控水阀属于一种新型阀门,应用于太阳能热水器,可以实现太阳能热水器供满水后自动停止。自动控水阀是由自动控水阀体、浮子、弹性膜片、泄压阀及泄压阀阀芯组成,弹性膜片与阀芯相连,浮子臂与泄压阀阀芯相连,自动控水阀体通过毛细管与太阳能储水箱的溢水管相连。

本实用新型属于一种新型阀门,应用于太阳能热水器。 
背景技术
市场上现有的太阳能热水器控水阀都是手动的,也就是说要有人在太阳能热水器储水箱储满水以后关闭进水阀门。这不但不方便人们,而且在储水箱储满水后水会溢出储水箱进而造成水资源的浪费。对于城市小区人家的太阳能热水器储水箱在溢出水后还会影响到自己及他人的正常生活。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的太阳能热水器手动控水及在储水箱储满水溢出给人们带来的不便。本实用新型提供一种太阳能热水器自动控水阀装置,该装置不仅可以实现自动控水,而且避免了水资源的浪费和避免了给自己及他们带来的不便。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:自动控水阀是由自动控水阀体、浮子、弹性膜片、泄压阀及泄压阀阀芯组成,弹性膜片与阀芯相连,浮子臂与泄压阀阀芯相连,自动控水阀体通过毛细管与太阳能储水箱的溢水管相连。工作时,打开进水总阀门,水经过自动控水阀和进出水管进入热水器的水箱,水箱注满后,水从溢水管溢出,沿毛细管流入自动控水阀的控制腔,控制腔内的空气由泄压阀排出,随着控制腔内水位的提高,浮子浮起并通过浮子臂推动泄压阀阀芯左移关闭泄压阀,泄压阀关闭后毛细管内的水柱在控制腔内产生很大的压强,压迫弹性膜片,弹性膜片变形推动阀芯关闭自动控水阀,至此完成自动供水过程。当需要再次向太阳能热水器内注水时,用手按下泄压按钮,泄压阀阀芯右移打开泄压阀,毛细管及控制腔内的水由泄压阀流出,弹性膜片上方的压力减为零,弹性膜片复位,自动控水阀再次打开向热水器内注水。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以在人们忙碌时或是忘记关闭控水阀时自动实现控水,同时在储水箱储满水后不会造成水资源的浪费,结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,自动控水阀是由自动控水阀体、浮子、弹性膜片、泄压阀及泄压阀阀芯组成,弹性膜片与阀芯相连,浮子臂与泄压阀阀芯相连,自动控水阀体通过毛细管与太阳能储水箱的溢水管相连。工作时,打开进水总阀门,水经过自动控水阀和进出水管进入热水器的水箱,水箱注满后,水从溢水口溢出,沿毛细管流入自动控水阀的控制腔,控制腔内的空气由泄压阀排出,随着控制腔内水位的提高,浮子浮起并通过浮子臂推动泄压阀阀芯左移关闭泄压阀,泄压阀关闭后毛细管内的水柱在控制腔内产生很大的压强压迫弹性膜片,弹性膜片变形推动阀芯关闭自动控水阀,至此完成自动供水过程。当需要再次向太阳能热水器内注水时,用手按下泄压按钮,泄压阀阀芯右移打开泄压阀,毛细管及控制腔内的水由泄压阀流出,弹性膜片上方的压力减为零,弹性膜片复位,自动控水阀再次打开向热水器内注水。

1.一种太阳能热水器自动控水阀,由阀体、管路、浮子、弹性膜片、阀芯、泄压阀及泄压阀阀芯组成,其特征是:弹性膜片与阀芯相连,浮子臂与泄压阀阀芯相连,自动控水阀体通过毛细管与太阳能储水箱的溢水管相连。
