本实用新型涉及输送机技术领域，尤其是一种带式输送机二次缓冲装置。
背景技术
在带式输送机技术领域中，尤其是煤矿井下带式输送机的设备上，缓冲装置是输送机不可缺少的组成部分，受料点缓冲装置的好坏直接影响整机的性能，现在使用的缓冲装置普遍是缓冲托辊和缓冲横梁组成，但当冲击力过大时，缓冲托辊上橡胶圈变形量有限，当达到最大变形后，不但造成输送带损坏，而且剩余冲击力会对托辊结构及轴承产生破坏，同时缓冲横梁及承载横梁被砸而发生变形，使输送机运转困难。这样大大缩短胶带和缓冲托辊的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，实用性强的二次缓冲装置。
通过下述解决上述问题，本实用新型包括缓冲托辊组，所述缓冲托辊组设置于缓冲横梁上，缓冲横梁两端下方设置弹簧组件，弹簧组件下设置支撑横梁。
本实用新型的有益效果为：缓冲性能良好，能有效的延长胶带和缓冲托辊组的使用寿命。

下面结合具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括缓冲托辊组1，所述缓冲托辊组1设置于缓冲横梁2上，缓冲横梁两端2下方设置弹簧组件3，弹簧组件3下设置支撑横梁4。
当原块煤较大却不均匀时，给料点落料至输送机受料点时，由设置在缓冲横梁4上的缓冲托辊组1进行第一次缓冲，紧接着由设置于缓冲横梁4下方的弹簧组3件进行第二次缓冲从而完成物料的两次缓冲。

1.一种带式输送机二次缓冲装置，包括缓冲托辊组，所述缓冲托辊组设置于缓冲横梁上，其特征在于：所述缓冲横梁两端下方设置弹簧组件，弹簧组件下设置支撑横梁。
