背景技术
目前常用的铁锨手工具，具有挖掘、平整地面的功能，生产工艺大多数采取主体与踏肩一体成型、裤部卷起对接的生产方式，当组装柄时，因柄的直径不等而使裤部对接处开裂或不足，影响使用及美观度，一体成型踏肩因在成型过程中，模具的挤压，造成踏肩及拐角处褶皱，并且踏肩板面受长期频繁磨损，会消减材料，得不到长期有效利用，给使用者造成很多不便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种经久耐用，防弯曲，防断裂，使用强度高的单侧踏肩尖铁锨。
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：
一种单侧踏肩尖铁锨，包括：锨体、锨鼻、锨裤，所述锨体与锨鼻固接为一体，锨鼻末端设置有锨裤，锨裤侧壁与锨体一侧上边缘之间焊接有踏肩。
本实用新型的有益效果：该铁锨的装配孔确保组装时手柄的牢固性踏肩按设计好的尺寸下料，然后扭转成90°成型，长度正好适合锹裤与锹身呈直角形状，牢固焊接，使用时上板面适合操作者脚部施力，侧面可起支撑加强作用，增强锹身的使用强度，不易弯曲变形，并且可以更换，大大提高了铁锨的使用寿命。

一种单侧踏肩尖铁锨，包括：锨体1、锨鼻2、锨裤3，所述锨体1与锨鼻2固接为一体，锨鼻2末端设置有锨裤3，锨裤3侧壁与锨体1一侧上边缘之间焊接有踏肩6。

本实用新型的使用方法简述如下：
一种单侧焊接踏肩的尖铁锨，锨体1，锨鼻2，锨裤3，装配孔4，锁紧帽5，按事先设计好的位置及尺寸冲出装配孔4，把锨鼻2与锨体1一体成型，用标准卷裤模具将锨裤3部单侧卷起，再用同样的方法卷另一侧，重叠处收起后用锁 紧装置压制成型，凸起锁紧帽5，牢牢把锨裤3左右两侧锁紧，防止开裂；按设计好的长度、宽度压型踏肩6成90°扭转，其厚度平行踏肩6方向焊接，宽度与锹面水平焊接，踏肩6上板面宽度适合操作者使用，不影响脚部施力，同时锹身左右两侧皆可适合踏肩6焊接，操作者可以按照使用习惯自由选择。

1.一种单侧踏肩尖铁锨，包括：锨体、锨鼻、锨裤，其特征在于，所述锨体与锨鼻固接为一体，锨鼻末端设置有锨裤，锨裤侧壁与锨体一侧上边缘之间焊接有踏肩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单侧踏肩尖铁锨，其特征在于所述锨鼻上设置有装配孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单侧踏肩尖铁锨，其特征在于所述锨裤上设置有锁紧帽。
