背景技术
汽车是人们常用的交通工具之一，但是汽车的后座只适合大人使用，对于1-3岁的幼儿来说，没有任何扶手或者保护措施，在急刹车或者急转弯的时候幼儿容易坐不稳甚至摔下座位，通常的做法是将幼儿放入童车中再固定在汽车后座，这样占用较大空间，减少汽车可乘坐的位置。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车两用式儿童座椅，该座椅可将幼儿固定在后座上，安全可靠，也可用作简易桌面，放置物品，不用时可收折，避免占用空间。
本实用新型汽车两用式儿童座椅，包括：垫板1和靠背板2，所述垫板1和靠背板2分别和汽车后座靠垫铰链连接，所述垫板1中心开设有一孔3。
所述垫板1下方还设置有支撑脚4。

使用时，将靠背板2旋转180°，将垫板1旋转至水平，用支撑脚4撑起，将幼儿放入孔3中，布圈在紧急刹车时可以起到缓冲作用。
将靠背板2和垫板1一起旋转至水平，用支撑脚4撑起，可以放置小物件。
不使用时，垫板1和靠背板2竖直向下放置，不占空间。
