本实用新型涉及一种对口器，尤其是一种可调式管道对口器。 
背景技术
在目前的液压机管道对口焊接作业中，由于管道的对口焊接位置比较多，仅仅依靠人工对口作业很难掌握平行度及垂直度，难免会有注意力不集中或者其它原因产生偏口现象，而且操作人员长期的视觉疲劳导致返工频率增大。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，操作简便，对口效率高，可用于液压机及其管道对口的可调式管道对口器。 
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是一种可调式管道对口器，包括：调节环、调节托板，所述调节托板通过固定螺栓固接有调节环。 
本实用新型的有益效果是使用该对口器可实现液压管道的对口焊接，不但对接效果好，而且从根本上避免了偏口现象，降低了操作人员的劳动强度。

以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进一步说明： 
一种可调式管道对口器，包括：由调节托板1,调节环2，调节螺栓3，固定螺栓4，所述调节托板1通过固定螺栓4固接有调节环2。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案，所述调节托板1的横截面为弧形，调节托板1上均匀设置有螺纹孔。 
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案，所述调节环2上设置有螺纹孔，该螺纹孔上装有调节螺栓3。 
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案，所述调节螺栓3和固定螺栓4为全螺纹螺栓。 
本实用新型的使用方法简述如下： 
该对口器在使用时，将调节环2通过其装有的固定螺栓4装在调节托板1上，对口时将调至需要对口焊接的管道可穿过调节环2为适，并与调节环2保持同心，利用调节螺栓3锁紧，至此，氩弧焊可以进行焊接作业。

1.一种可调式管道对口器，包括：调节环、调节托板，其特征在于所述调节托板通过固定螺栓固接有调节环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调式管道对口器，其特征在于所述调节托板的横截面为弧形，调节托板上均匀设置有螺纹孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调式管道对口器，其特征在于所述调节环上设置有螺纹孔，该螺纹孔上装有调节螺栓。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调式管道对口器，其特征在于所述调节螺栓和固定螺栓为全螺纹螺栓。
