管道过滤器是管道输送过程中涉及到的过滤器，主要由接管、筒体、滤篮、法兰、法兰盖及紧固件等组成。安装在管道上能除去流体中的较大固体杂质，使机器设备、仪表能正常工作和运转，达到稳定工艺过程，保障安全生产的作用。
因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的管道过滤器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
改进的管道过滤器，包括过滤器本体，所述过滤器本体底部一侧设有进水管，所述过滤器本体顶部设有上盖，所述上盖上设有出水管，所述过滤器本体底部设有排污管，所述排污管上设有控制阀，所述过滤器本体内部设有过滤筒，所述过滤筒通过顶部设有圆形的固定部件，所述固定部件固定于上盖和过滤器本体顶部的固定支架之间。
所述过滤器本体内部进水管上侧过滤筒底部下侧设有阻流板。
所述固定支架和固定部件之间设有密封垫圈，所述固定支架和上盖之间也设有密封垫圈。
本实用新型的优点是：设有阻流板，防止水流进入过滤器本体内部时水流过大，破坏过滤筒，结构筒单，制造容易，安装使用方便，且过滤效果好。

    如图1所示，本实用新型的改进的管道过滤器，包括过滤器本体1，所述过滤器本体1底部一侧设有进水管2，所述过滤器本体1顶部设有上盖3，所述上盖3上设有出水管4，所述过滤器本体1底部设有排污管5，所述排污管5上设有控制阀6，所述过滤器本体1内部设有过滤筒7，所述过滤筒7通过顶部设有圆形的固定部件8，所述固定部件8固定于上盖3和过滤器本体1顶部的固定支架9之间，所述过滤器本体1内部进水管2上侧过滤筒7底部下侧设有阻流板10，防止水流进入过滤器本体1内部时水流过大，破坏过滤筒7，所述固定支架9和固定部件8之间设有密封垫圈11，所述固定支架8和上盖3之间也设有密封垫圈11，结构筒单，制造容易，安装使用方便，且过滤效果好。
