使用时，哑铃头2展开，盖子5打开，哑铃头2内装上水或者沙子，把盖子5再盖上，把握柄1通过插口4和哑铃头2组合在一起，哑铃头2外侧的磁铁3会自动的把握柄1固定在哑铃头2上，因为握柄1是方形，所以不会转动。很牢固。使用完毕，把哑铃头2拆下，水倒出，压缩成图2的形状减少了空间，方便携带，适合经常出差或者旅游的人使用。
