为了克服现有的普通救生圈不适应游泳学习的不足，本实用新型提供一种速学游泳水具，该速学游泳水具不仅可以让使用者潜在水下熟悉水性，而且能将套环套于手腕处，任何时候都可自由练习，方便有效。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种速学游泳水具，包括浮子，其特征是：两个形状为正方体的塑料浮子固定在塑料胶杆两端，塑料胶杆外部设有具有防滑作用的橡胶突粒，浮子底部用吸盘固定着粗麻绳，粗麻绳另一端拴系套环。 
本实用新型的有益效果是由于在浮子底部增加了带有套环的麻绳，人们游泳时可将套环置于手腕处，防止脱落，任何时候都可自由练习，还可在溺水时将充气塑料拉过来自救，带有防滑橡胶凸粒的塑料杆便于抓扶，更方便地帮助人们学习游泳。
