背景技术
传统的抽屉式断路器中，对于断路器的分离、试验、连接三种不同状态的位置通常用旋转结构来模拟指示，其存在的缺陷是：由于其旋转行程很小，操作者视角的偏差及在前、后移动过程中位置的偏差，导致断路器状态指示很不清晰，极容易引起误操作。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种指示行程范围大、指示精确度高的抽屉式断路器平动式位置指示装置。
本实用新型的抽屉式断路器平动式位置指示装置包括有一个安装在断路器本体上的底板，底板可随断路器本体前、后移动，进、出抽屉框；所述底板上安装有一个可相对底板前后移动的滑板，在断路器本体进入抽屉框的过程中滑板前端可与抽屉框上的定位件接触，并由定位件推动向后移动；滑板与底板之间还安装有可使滑板向前移动的弹簧；所述滑板上开有一个折线槽，折线槽中安置有一个被折线槽所限位的限位销，当折线槽随滑板前后移动时，折线槽可驱动限位销移动至左、右方向上的不同位置；所述限位销连接在一个指示板上，所述指示板被限位在一个左、右方向的直线导槽中并可沿导槽左、右移动；所述指示板的后端伸出断路器面板并连接有指针。
本实用新型将断路器本体的前后移动通过折线槽和限位销的配合，转化为指示板及指针左右方向的直线移动，通过折线槽的行程设置可以获得较大的指针平移行程，从而提高了状态位置指示的精确度，避免了误操作。

如图所示，该抽屉式断路器平动式位置指示装置包括有一个安装在断路器本体上的底板1，底板可随断路器本体前、后移动，进、出抽屉框；底板1上安装有一个可相对底板前后移动的滑板2，在断路器本体进入抽屉框的过程中滑板前端可与抽屉框上的定位件接触，并由定位件推动向后移动；滑板2与底板1之间还安装有可使滑板向前移动的弹簧；滑板2上开有一个折线槽3，折线槽中安置有一个被折线槽所限位的限位销4，当折线槽3随滑板2前后移动时，折线槽可驱动限位销4移动至左、右方向上的不同位置，即，断路器的分离位置、试验位置和工作位置分别对应着限位销的不同位置；限位销4连接在一个指示板5上，指示板被限位在一个左、右方向的直线导槽6中并可沿直线导槽左、右移动；指示板5的后端伸出断路器面板并连接有指针7。

1.一种抽屉式断路器平动式位置指示装置，包括有一个安装在断路器本体上的底板（1），底板可随断路器本体前、后移动，进、出抽屉框，其特征是：底板（1）上安装有一个可相对底板前后移动的滑板（2），在断路器本体进入抽屉框的过程中滑板前端可与抽屉框上的定位件接触，并由定位件推动向后移动；滑板（2）与底板（1）之间还安装有可使滑板向前移动的弹簧；滑板（2）上开有一个折线槽（3），折线槽中安置有一个被折线槽所限位的限位销（4），当折线槽（3）随滑板（2）前后移动时，折线槽可驱动限位销（4）移动至左、右方向上的不同位置；限位销（4）连接在一个指示板（5）上，指示板被限位在一个左、右方向的直线导槽（6）中并可沿直线导槽左、右移动；指示板（5）的后端伸出断路器面板并连接有指针（7）。
