本实用新型涉及叉车技术领域，更具体地说涉及叉车变速箱的粗滤器。
背景技术：
如图1所示，现有的叉车粗滤器的滤芯A1与粗滤器盖A2通过双头螺柱A3、螺母A4和开口销钉A5固定在一起，其不足之处是：1、滤芯A1与粗滤器盖A2是固定在一起的，这样就需要固定的部件，多出的固定部件双头螺柱A3、螺母A4和开口销钉A5增加了生产成本，同时使得装配耗时更多。2、滤芯A1与粗滤器盖A2的采取固定方式也不利于在狭小的空间内拆装和维护滤芯A1。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种粗滤器改良结构，它减少了零部件数量，减少了装配时间，降低了生产成本；滤芯与粗滤器盖采用分开式结构，便于在狭小空间内的拆卸维护。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
一种粗滤器改良结构，包括变速箱箱体、粗滤器盖和滤芯，变速箱箱体上成型有粗滤器孔，粗滤器盖通过螺钉固定在变速箱箱体上且盖着粗滤器孔，衬垫夹持在变速箱箱体外壁与粗滤器盖内侧之间，滤芯插套在粗滤器孔中，滤芯由前滤芯筒板、滤网和后滤芯筒板组成，筒状滤网的前后二端分别固定在前滤芯筒板和后滤芯筒板上，前滤芯筒板上成型有帽沿状边，该帽沿状边夹持在粗滤器盖与衬垫之间。
所述前滤芯筒板呈帽状。
所述帽沿状边置于粗滤器盖内相配合的台阶上。

1、它减少了零部件数量，减少了装配时间，降低了生产成本；

实施例：见图2、3所示，一种粗滤器改良结构，包括变速箱箱体1、粗滤器盖2和滤芯3，变速箱箱体1上成型有粗滤器孔101，粗滤器盖2通过螺钉固定在变速箱箱体1上且盖着粗滤器孔101，衬垫4夹持在变速箱箱体1外壁与粗滤器盖2内侧之间，滤芯3插套在粗滤器孔101中，滤芯3由前滤芯筒板31、滤网32和后滤芯筒板33组成，筒状滤网32的前后二端分别固定在前滤芯筒板31和后滤芯筒板33上，前滤芯筒板31上成型有帽沿状边311，该帽沿状边311夹持在粗滤器盖2与衬垫4之间。
所述前滤芯筒板31呈帽状。
所述帽沿状边311置于粗滤器盖2内相配合的台阶21上。
工作原理：与现有技术使用双头螺柱A3、螺母A4和开口销钉A5固定滤芯A1相比，本实用新型不需要使用双头螺柱A3、螺母A4和开口销钉A5，减少了零部件数量，减少了装配时间，降低了生产成本；
拆开粗滤器盖2，滤芯3便可以与粗滤器盖2分开，所以本实用新型称其为滤芯3与粗滤器盖2采用分开式结构。

1.一种粗滤器改良结构，包括变速箱箱体(1)、粗滤器盖(2)和滤芯(3)，变速箱箱体(1)上成型有粗滤器孔(101)，粗滤器盖(2)通过螺钉固定在变速箱箱体(1)上且盖着粗滤器孔(101)，衬垫(4)夹持在变速箱箱体(1)外壁与粗滤器盖(2)内侧之间，其特征在于：滤芯(3)插套在粗滤器孔(101)中，滤芯(3)由前滤芯筒板(31)、滤网(32)和后滤芯筒板(33)组成，筒状滤网(32)的前后二端分别固定在前滤芯筒板(31)和后滤芯筒板(33)上，前滤芯筒板(31)上成型有帽沿状边(311)，该帽沿状边(311)夹持在粗滤器盖(2)与衬垫(4)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗滤器改良结构，其特征在于：前滤芯筒板(31)呈帽状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗滤器改良结构，其特征在于：帽沿状边(311)置于粗滤器盖(2)内相配合的台阶(21)上。
