具体实施方式
本实用新型一种菜刀的刀柄3连接刀体1，采用铆接式或嵌接式的连接方式，刀柄3头端有向外延伸的柄肩2，它嵌接在刀体1的刀背及其两侧，其形状为三角形或凹圆弧形，参阅图1和图2。切菜时，避免手上虎口向前移动，直接接触刀背，同刀背的摩擦，对于切割硬物或韧物，能提高切菜效率和减轻手腕疲劳。
