背景技术
线圈总成一般压装在电动机主机的前端盖上，为固定件，线圈产生的电流越大，匝数越多磁势就越大，扭矩越高。电流越大，线圈消耗的功率增大，线圈产生的热量也就增大。而线圈产生的热量必须小于它所能散发的热量，但实际工作时，线圈所允许的散热功率是固定的，这就必须要求我们从其他方面着手解决它的散热问题。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种电磁开关的线圈总成。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种电磁开关的线圈总成，包括线圈骨架、电磁开关和铜线，线圈骨架中间设有通孔，四周分布骨架，铜线缠绕于骨架上，铜线的末端集合在一起由耐高温圆漆包线包住，再塑封在电机内。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述线圈骨架通过铜线连接在电磁开关上。
本实用新型的有益效果是，采用耐高温圆漆包线，提高了线圈的耐热力，延长了线圈的使用寿命。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种电磁开关的线圈总成，包括线圈骨架1、电磁开关2和铜线3，线圈骨架1中间设有通孔4，四周分布骨架5，铜线3缠绕于骨架5上，铜线3的末端集合在一起由耐高温圆漆包线6包住，再塑封在电机内。所述线圈骨架5通过铜线3连接在电磁开关2上。
线圈通过通孔4固定于主机前盖。电磁开关2通电后，线圈周围产生磁场，引起电磁开关其他部件的吸合，断电后，磁力消失。本实用新型采用耐高温圆漆包线，提高了线圈的耐热力，延长了线圈的使用寿命。

1.一种电磁开关的线圈总成，包括线圈骨架（1）、电磁开关（2）和铜线（3），线圈骨架（1）中间设有通孔（4），四周分布骨架（5），铜线（3）缠绕于骨架（5）上，其特征是，铜线（3）的末端集合在一起由耐高温圆漆包线（6）包住，再塑封在电机内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁开关的线圈总成，其特征是，所述线圈骨架（5）通过铜线（3）连接在电磁开关（2）上。
