Abstract

本实用新型所提供的燃气燃烧器具用给排气管由外管和内管组成,外管和内管为同轴结构,在外管上设有若干进气孔,在外管和内管之间设有若干纵向排列的换热翅片,并通过换热翅片将外管和内管固定连接在一起,这样可通过换热翅片吸收在内管烟气排放通道中的热量,并通过内管和外管之间的给气通道将吸收的热量带回燃气燃烧器具,大大提高了燃气燃烧器具的热效率。

背景技术
燃气采暖热水炉、燃气热水器等燃气燃烧器具,都不可避免的应用给排气管,目前应用的给排气管都是同轴结构,内部通道为烟气排气通道,外部通道为给气通道或称供氧通道,这种结构致使大量热能从烟气排气通道中排出,是热量损失的重要途径。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种充分吸收烟气排气通道中的热能,最大限度的减少热量损失的一种燃气燃烧器具用给排气管,从而提高燃气燃烧器具的热效率。
为实现本实用新型的目的,本发明提供的燃气燃烧器具用给排气管包括:外管和内管组成,外管和内管为同轴结构,在外管上设有若干进气孔,在外管和内管之间设有若干纵向排列的换热翅片,并通过换热翅片将外管和内管固定连接在一起。
本实用新型取得的有益效果是:通过换热翅片可吸收在内管烟气排放通道中的热量,并通过内管和外管之间的给气通道将吸收的热量带回燃气燃烧器具,大大提高了燃气燃烧器具的热效率。

具体实施方式
根据图1、图2和图3所示,燃气燃烧器具用给排气管包括外管(1)和内管(2)组成,外管(1)和内管(2)为同轴结构,在外管(1)上设有若干进气孔(4),在外管(1)和内管(2)之间焊接有若干纵向排列的换热翅片(3),并用换热翅片(3)将外管(1)和内管(2)固定连接在一起。

1.燃气燃烧器具用给排气管由外管(1)和内管(2)组成,外管(1)和内管(2)为同轴结构,在外管(1)上设有若干进气孔(4),其特征在于在外管(1)和内管(2)之间设有若干换热翅片(3),并通过换热翅片(3)将外管(1)和内管(2)固定连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气燃烧器具用给排气管,其特征在于换热翅片(3)在外管(1)和内管(2)之间为纵向排列。
