本实用新型提出了支销式楔形制动器,包括制动底板、对称布置在制动底板上的左、右制动蹄、固定在底板上的双向扩张器、位于双向扩张器一端和支撑端设置有制动蹄回位弹簧,左、右制动蹄上通过铆钉铆接有摩擦片,左、右制动蹄的支撑端是外圆弧,底板上的凸台两端设有内圆弧,与左、右制动蹄的支撑端的外圆弧分别与制动底板上的内圆弧配合,制动蹄只能绕支底板上的凸台内圆弧转动,不能左右串动。在制动蹄两侧增加有扇形加强筋。制动蹄的支撑端通过外圆弧与制动底板内圆弧配合,保证制动蹄与制动底板可靠连接、转动灵活、制动性能高、结构紧凑、制动间隙自动调整(也可手调间隙),消除制动蹄拖磨现象。在制动蹄两侧增加有扇形加强筋,可提高制动蹄的强度。

本实用新型涉及一种支销式楔形制动器。 
背景技术
目前,浮式增力楔形制动器,其结构是采用了浮式双增力式制动器。是由固定在制动底板上的一个双向扩张器和一个增力式扩张器,由双向扩张器推动制动蹄涨开进行制动。在使用时,因领蹄在制动时出现回位不及时,存在拖磨现象,造成制动鼓发热、制动器抱死的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种支销式楔形制动器,既提高了制动性能,又保证了制动蹄与制动底板可靠连接,消除制动蹄拖磨现象。 
本实用新型的技术方案为:支销式楔形制动器,包括制动底板、对称布置在制动底板上的左、右制动蹄、固定在底板上的双向扩张器、位于双向扩张器一端和支撑端设置有制动蹄回位弹簧,左、右制动蹄上通过铆钉铆接有摩擦片,其特征在于:左、右制动蹄的支撑端是外圆弧,底板上的凸台两端设有内圆弧,与左、右制动蹄的支撑端的外圆弧分别与制动底板上的内圆弧配合,制动蹄只能绕支底板上的凸台内圆弧转动,不能左右串动。 
为防止制动蹄在使用过程中受力变形,发生制动器抱死现象,在制动蹄两侧增加有扇形加强筋。 
有益效果:制动蹄的支撑端通过外圆弧与制动底板内圆弧配合,保证制动蹄与制动底板可靠连接、转动灵活、制动性能高、结构紧凑、制动间隙自动调整(也可手调间隙),使制动鼓和蹄片保证精确的制动间隙,消除制动蹄拖磨现象,并且维修拆卸方便。在制动蹄两侧增加有扇形加强筋,可提高制动蹄的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的支销式楔形制动器,包括制动底板1、对称布置在制动底板上的左、右制动蹄2、固定在底板上的双向扩张器3、位于双向扩张器一端和支撑端设置有制动蹄回位弹簧4,左、右制动蹄上通过铆钉铆接有摩擦片5,左、右制动蹄的支撑端是外圆弧6,制动底板1上的凸台两端设有内圆弧与左、右制动蹄的支撑端的外圆弧6分别与制动底板上的内圆弧配合;左、右制动蹄2的轴向通过圆柱销7限位,避免左右串动。 
如图2所示的制动蹄,在制动蹄2两侧增加有扇形加强筋8可提高制动蹄的强度,防止制动蹄在使用过程中受力变形,发生制动器抱死现象。

1.支销式楔形制动器,包括制动底板、对称布置在制动底板上的左、右制动蹄、固定在底板上的双向扩张器、位于双向扩张器一端和支撑端设置有制动蹄回位弹簧,左、右制动蹄上通过铆钉铆接有摩擦片,其特征在于:左、右制动蹄的支撑端是外圆弧,底板上的凸台两端设有内圆弧,与左、右制动蹄的支撑端的外圆弧分别与制动底板上的内圆弧配合,制动蹄只能绕支底板上的凸台内圆弧转动,不能左右串动。
