本实用新型涉及一种防脱连接件。 
背景技术
目前，在电动机、轴承支座等底座上用于紧固的连接件，通常是由带有螺纹的螺栓、螺母及垫圈组成的普通螺纹紧固件．这样的普通螺纹紧固件，往往因为机械的震动而产生自然松动，因此出现了影响机械的正常运转以及更换、再紧固的困难。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接牢固的防脱连接件。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：包括连接杆，及设置在连接杆一端的挡块，及设置在连接杆另一端的螺纹部，及与螺纹部配合的螺母，及用于定位螺母的舌形垫片；所述舌形垫片包括X轴舌片和Z轴舌片；所述螺纹部设置有槽，所述Z轴舌片放置在槽内。 
进一步地，所述X轴舌片设置在螺母的外围。 
本实用新型的防脱连接件，由于设置有定位螺母的舌形垫片，机械震动时，螺母也不会出现松动，能保证机械的正常运转。

具体实施方式
本实施例中，参照图1，所述防脱连接件，包括连接杆1，及设置在连接杆1一端的挡块2，及设置在连接杆1另一端的螺纹部3，及与螺纹部3配合的螺母4，及用于定位螺母4的舌形垫片5；所述舌形垫片5包括X轴舌片50和Z轴舌片51；所述螺纹部3设置有槽30，所述Z轴舌片51放置在槽30内。机械震动时，螺母4也不会出现松动，能保证机械的正常运转。 
其中，所述X轴舌片50设置在螺母4的外围，弯折下来用于定位螺母4。 
本实用新型的防脱连接件，由于设置有定位螺母的舌形垫片，机械震动时，螺母也不会出现松动，能保证机械的正常运转。

1.一种防脱连接件，其特征在于：包括连接杆，及设置在连接杆一端的挡块，及设置在连接杆另一端的螺纹部，及与螺纹部配合的螺母，及用于定位螺母的舌形垫片；所述舌形垫片包括X轴舌片和Z轴舌片；所述螺纹部设置有槽，所述Z轴舌片放置在槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱连接件，其特征在于：所述X轴舌片设置在螺母的外围。
