背景技术
现在使用的风能机的阻风叶片大都采用固定的矩形阵列和风扇形,而这两种的起动阻力和运转旋转阻力都很大。
发明内容
本实用新型涉的目的是为了解决风能机的阻风叶片的起动阻力和运转旋转阻力都很大的问题。
本实用新型万向风力机由阻风片支架、百叶窗式阻风片、风力机轴、轴承、轴承座、挡风弯等组成。
本实用新型万向风力机的挡风弯通过轴承、轴承座安装在风机轴上,阻风片支架安装在风力机轴上,百叶窗式阻风片安装在阻风片支架上。
本实用新型万向风力机的结构简单、便于加工制造。采用了万向风力机后,实现了低风压起动,减少了风能机运转中的能量损失,提高了风能的利用效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型万向风力机由阻风片支架1、百叶窗式阻风片2、风力机轴3、轴承4、轴承座5、挡风弯6等组成。挡风弯6通过轴承4、轴承座5安装在风机轴3上,阻风片支架1安装在风力机轴3上,百叶窗式阻风片2安装在阻风片支架1上。图1中所示的风力机轴3的左面部分百叶窗式阻风片2是关闭的,风力机轴3的右面部分百叶窗式阻风片2是打开的。挡风弯6安装在百叶窗式阻风片2迎风时打开的的一面,使风流在挡风弯内形成回风弯,在百叶窗式阻风片2回旋时减小阻力。
本实用新型万向风力机安装好后,当有风经过时,挡风弯6挡在百叶窗式阻风片2迎风时打开的的一面,风流经过百叶窗式阻风片2时,吹动百叶窗式阻风片2,关闭百叶窗式阻风片2,使之与阻风片支架1形成一个不透风的整体;在风力的推动下,百叶窗式阻风片2和阻风片支架1绕风力机轴3转动。当转到风吹不到的一面时,百叶窗式阻风片2在空气的阻力下打开而减少旋转阻力。如此周而复始的运转,便产生动力,通过风力机轴3传递给变速器6,再传递给发电机或者需要动力的设备。
