本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机柔性叶片,包括前缘金属管,所述前缘金属管上端与叶尖重锤左端连接,前缘金属管下端与叶根支撑及安装装置左端连接,叶尖重锤右端通过支撑索与叶根支撑及安装装置右端连接;所述前缘金属管、叶尖重锤、叶根支撑及安装装置和支撑索围成的空间内设有柔性叶片。所述支撑索为钢索。所述柔性叶片为帆布叶片。本实用新型的有益效果为:质地轻,取材容易,生产成本低,加工难度小,修补方便,易于运输,能显著提高发电量,保证风力发电机运行稳定可靠,降低风力发电机成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机柔性叶片。
背景技术
人类利用风能已有千年历史,风能是最具有开发价值的新能源,风能是分布最广,离我们最近,取用最方便的无污染的清洁能源,利用好风电对减少碳排放,改善环境意义重大。风能也是储量巨大的新能源,风能取之不尽用之不竭,并具有相对最低的开发成本,所以风电的发展成为实现节能减排目标的重点之一。
但是,现有的叶片是按空气动力学原理设计的,如同飞机的机翼,在微风状态下,空气动力性能是很弱的,就像飞机速度低时没有升力一样,这样必然造成微风发电性能差,在高风速状态下,叶片的空气动力性能不断增强,叶片性能不但不能起到稳速稳频的作用,反而成了风力发电机不稳定和强破坏性的发源地,通过简单的量化计算就可知道它的危害程度。虽然风力发电机的控制系统有卸载功能,但任何控制系统都存在滞后性,不可能对叶片及时完全卸载,这样大的风载形成的冲击力是任何机械装置都无法承受的。为了避免变速装置的损坏,风电机又向直驱方向发展,直驱方式省掉了变速装置,但造成发电机转子转速降低,发电机转子转速的降低也就意味着发电效率的降低,人们又一次以牺牲发电效率为代价来解决叶片设计不合理所造成的后果,而且并不可能避免强风载带来的破坏。叶片强风载还会造成风力发电机强烈振动,这对风力发电机的破坏也是很强的,往往造成疲劳损坏和高故障率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种风力发电机柔性叶片,克服现有产品中上述方面的不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种风力发电机柔性叶片,包括前缘金属管,所述前缘金属管上端与叶尖重锤左端连接,前缘金属管下端与叶根支撑及安装装置左端连接,叶尖重锤右端通过支撑索与叶根支撑及安装装置右端连接;所述前缘金属管、叶尖重锤、叶根支撑及安装装置和支撑索围成的空间内设有柔性叶片。所述支撑索为钢索。所述柔性叶片为帆布叶片。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、质地轻,取材容易,生产成本低,加工难度小,修补方便,易于运输;
2、柔性叶片在流场中可随流体的运动变形,从而产生扭矩与转子运动方向相同的阻力效应和升力效应;
3、起转风速低,可以提高风力发电机的微风发电性;
4、通过改变叶尖重锤的重量,可以调整风力发电机中螺旋桨的转速;
5、在低风速情况下,柔性叶片变形小,以最佳迎风角和最大迎风面积获取最大风载;在中风速情况下,随着风速增大,柔性叶片变形会逐步增大,逐步减小迎风角和迎风面积,保持所受风载大小的相对稳定,保证发电机的平稳输出;在高风速的情况下,柔性叶片随风速大幅变形,迎风面积大幅减小,风载减小,所受风阻大幅增加,柔性叶片的转速变慢,从而不会造成风电机过载,毋需停机,仍然可以保持正常发电;
6、柔性叶片可以化解阵风的冲击能量,使风力发电机的转速更平稳,柔性叶片还可以避免阵风波动和叶片紊流对风力发电机造成的振动,可以降低疲劳损坏,提高风力发电机寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种风力发电机柔性叶片,包括前缘金属管1,所述前缘金属管1上端与叶尖重锤2左端连接,前缘金属管1下端与叶根支撑及安装装置3左端连接,叶尖重锤2右端通过支撑索4与叶根支撑及安装装置3右端连接;所述前缘金属管1、叶尖重锤2、叶根支撑及安装装置3和支撑索4围成的空间内设有柔性叶片5。所述支撑索4为钢索。所述柔性叶片5为帆布叶片或其它柔性材料制作的叶片。
本实用新型实施例所述的风力发电机柔性叶片可以完全克服刚性叶片的缺点,并可以增大受风面积,由于柔性叶片5可以根据风速的变化相应改变受风的型面,在增加风能获取量和转化量的同时,改善柔性叶片5的受力状态,化解风的破坏力,有利于风力发电机安全稳定的运转。同时,柔性叶片5可以化解阵风的冲击能量,使风力发电机的转速更平稳。另外,柔性叶片5还可以避免阵风波动和叶片紊流对风力发电机造成的振动,可以降低疲劳损坏,提高风力发电机的寿命。
本实用新型实施例所述的风力发电机柔性叶片对刚性的要求大幅降低,所用的高强材料也大幅减少,制造难度也大幅降低,可以大幅降低叶片的制造成本,所以本实用新型实施例所述的风力发电机柔性叶片对提高发电量、保证风力发电机的稳定可靠、降低风力发电机成本都有非常显著的作用。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本实用新型的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种风力发电机柔性叶片,包括前缘金属管(1),其特征在于:所述前缘金属管(1)上端与叶尖重锤(2)左端连接,前缘金属管(1)下端与叶根支撑及安装装置(3)左端连接,叶尖重锤(2)右端通过支撑索(4)与叶根支撑及安装装置(3)右端连接;所述前缘金属管(1)、叶尖重锤(2)、叶根支撑及安装装置(3)和支撑索(4)围成的空间内设有柔性叶片(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机柔性叶片,其特征在于:所述支撑索(4)为钢索。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的风力发电机柔性叶片,其特征在于:所述柔性叶片(5)为帆布叶片。
