本实用新型一种能旋转的窗户，它包括：窗户包括窗户外框、窗户内框；窗户内框上镶有窗户玻璃面，窗户内框的上端和下端分别固定有转轴，转轴的顶端安装有轴承，窗户内框一侧设有把手，窗户外框内壁上设有防雨刷，窗户外框的上端和下端设有可供转轴穿过的通孔，窗户外框和窗户内框通过转轴相连；本实用新型在窗户内框上安装了转轴，转轴的顶端安装了轴承，使窗户可以自由旋转，方便了窗户的擦洗，在窗户外框内壁上设有防雨刷，能紧密的填充合拢时窗户内框和窗户外框的间隙，进而能有效防止雨水渗入室内。

本实用新型涉及一种窗户，具体来说是一种能旋转的窗户。
背景技术：
随着社会的进步和建筑水平的提高，一座座摩天大楼拔地而起，窗户是每栋建筑物必不可少的部门，而现有的窗户大多是滑动式结构和转轴式结构，较长时间的使用后窗户反面的玻璃上有很多的灰尘和污渍，擦洗很不方便，尤其是大厦玻璃的清理更为困难，因清理大厦玻璃户外作业而导致的安全事故时有发生。缺少一种能自由旋转的在室内就可以完成清理的窗户。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有窗户擦洗不方便的缺陷和不足，现提供一种结构简单，成本低廉，使用方便的能旋转的窗户。
为达到上述的目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。一种能旋转的窗户，包括：窗户内框，窗户外框。
所述的窗户内框上镶有窗户玻璃面，所述的窗户内框的上端和下端分别固定有转轴，转轴的顶端安装有轴承，所述的窗户内框一侧设有把手，方便窗户的旋转。
所述的窗户外框内壁上设有防雨刷，所述窗户外框的上端和下端设有可供转轴穿过的通孔。
所述的窗户外框和窗户内框通过转轴相连。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有如下优点：(一)是由于窗户内框上安装了转轴，转轴的顶端安装了轴承，使窗户可以自由旋转，方便了窗户的擦洗，结构合理，坚固耐用。(二)是由于在窗户外框内壁上设有防雨刷，紧密的填充了窗 户内框和窗户外框的间隙，进而能有效防止雨水渗入室内。(三)是由于在窗户内框外设有窗户外框，防雨刷，进而对窗户玻璃有很好的固定和支撑作用，即使刮大风窗户玻璃也不容易撞碎。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作进一步详细的描述：
参见如图1所示，本实用新型一种能旋转的窗户，包括：窗户外框1，转轴2，防雨刷3，窗户内框4，玻璃面5，把手6，轴承7；窗户内框4镶有窗户玻璃面5，窗户内框4的上端和下端分别固定有转轴2，转轴2的顶端安装有轴承7，窗户内框4一侧设有把手；窗户内框4能绕转轴2旋转，窗户内框4和转轴2由铝合金材料制成，质地轻而且坚固耐用；窗户外框1内壁上设有防雨刷3，窗户外框1的上端和下端设有可供转轴穿过的通孔；窗户外框1由铝合金材料制成，防雨刷3由橡胶制成。
窗户内框4能绕转轴2旋转成任意的角度，窗户玻璃面5就能很方便的开合或擦洗，在室内就可以对窗户反面擦洗。而且能旋转的窗户的开合结构比现有的转轴式结构更合理，刮大风时玻璃不容易撞碎。

1.一种能旋转的窗户，包括窗户外框(1)、窗户内框(4)，其特征在于：窗户内框(4)上镶有窗户玻璃面(5)，窗户内框(4)的上端和下端分别固定有转轴(2)，转轴(2)的顶端安装有轴承(7)，窗户内框(4)一侧设有把手(6)；窗户外框(1)内壁上设有防雨刷(3)，窗户外框(1)的上端和下端设有可供转轴(2)穿过的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能旋转的窗户，其特征在于：所述的窗户外框(1)和窗户内框(4)通过转轴(2)相连。
