菜板是人们常用的食物加工工具，但是现有的菜板结构比较简单，切完的食物不易倒入盘中，肉菜不分，体积较大，不便于存放，已不能满足人们的需求。

本实用新型的目的克服了上述所说的不足，提供了一种便于分区使用，便于直接将切好的菜倒入盘中，易于清洗的折叠菜板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种折叠菜板，包括菜板，菜板由两块等大的长方形板体合页连接组成，菜板的两侧设有向上翘起的围挡，围挡中部设有通孔，菜板底部粘贴橡胶垫，橡胶垫的底面为锯齿状，合页的最大展开角度为180度。
使用时，将两板体展开至180度，可在一个板体上切割蔬菜，另一个板体上切割肉食，生熟分开，安全卫生，切割完毕，可将手放置在围挡的通孔处，手提菜板将其对折，便于将切割好的蔬菜倒入盘中，菜板两侧的围挡可防止切割的食物外溢，菜板整体结构简单，便于清洗和存放。
