种新型主轴组合密封装置,包括主轴、主轴保护套、盘根、密封座、前盖、密封罩、空气围带,所述密封座一端套设于所述主轴保护套的外围,另一端固定在所述前盖上,所述盘根通过压盖密封于所述密封座与主轴保护套围成的空腔内,所述密封罩套设于主轴上,所述密封座和密封罩之间设置有空气围带。
本实用新型中,所述前盖、密封座、密封罩通过所述螺栓固定在一起。 
有益效果:本实用新型在整个组合密封不管是在工作或停机检修时都能有很好的密封效果,与以往的单独盘根密封比较,密封效果更好,使用期限更长,大大的节约了水力资源,提高机组运行的可靠性和稳定性,有利于工业的生产。

在水轮机运行时,为了防止磨损盘根,保证主轴保护套2与主轴1的同轴度,主轴保护套2通过螺栓9固定在主轴1上,水轮机在检修时,往空气围带7内通入高压气体,使得空气围带7受压膨胀,进行水轮机的检修。
