一种断桥嵌入式自保温空心砌块,包括矩形空心的砌块体。将两块矩形空心的砌块体交错叠加呈Z字状结构,矩形空心的砌块体内空腔两端设有卡槽,该卡槽内插接有隔板。本实用新型为断桥嵌入式混凝土自保温空心砌块(砖),有效的减少了原料使用量,降低了自身重量,竖向隔板形成的孔洞提高了砌体的热阻,隔板排列的数量及方式,可根据各地节能要求进行调整,与热流方向垂直的隔板排列数量越多,保温性能越好,加之Z型混凝土砌块有效隔断热桥特性及铝箔的反热辐射设特性,使之保温、轻质、隔热、隔音、防火、耐久性等性能大大提高,替代了传统的粘土砖、加气块及传统的外墙保温方法,完全满足了国家“居住节能65%”、“公共节能50%”的建筑节能要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有利废、节约能源、生产成本低廉,同时具有保温、轻质、隔热、隔音、防火、耐久的断桥嵌入式混凝土自保温空心砌块(砖)。
其技术方案是:包括矩形空心的砌块体。将两块矩形空心的砌块体交错叠加呈Z字状结构,所述矩形空心的砌块体内空腔两端设有卡槽,该卡槽内插接有隔板。
其中,所述隔板面壁上涂敷或黏贴有反热辐射材料。所述卡槽及其内插有的隔板设为1—20层。
