一种抓取大尺寸TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板机器人手臂,它包括两根竖型材及位于两根竖型材之间的两根横型材Ⅰ,在所述的竖型材上设有吸盘,在所述两根横型材Ⅰ的上下两侧各增加一根横型材Ⅱ,横型材Ⅱ上也设有吸盘。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在机器人手臂的两根横型材Ⅰ的上下两侧各增加一根横型材Ⅱ,且在横型材Ⅱ设置吸盘,由此解决了玻璃中间部分的晃动,改进后玻璃晃动大幅减轻,没有碎片发生。除此之外,在机器人手臂的两根竖型材上增加一个吸盘,增强两边的吸持力,使玻璃在抓取过程中更加稳定,避免了玻璃的破裂,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种抓取大尺寸TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板的装置。
背景技术
随着技术的不断发展,TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板的生产正朝着大尺寸、轻量减薄的方向发展,因TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板在生产过程中禁止任何物体接触玻璃的有效面(生产液晶显示器所要用到的区域),抓取液晶玻璃基板的机器人手臂使用接触式吸盘,所有吸盘均分布在机器人手臂的两侧,平均分布于液晶玻璃基板的两个长边上,如图1所示,所有吸盘均吸附于液晶玻璃基板的无效区域,保证有效区域的优良品质,随着尺寸的扩大及玻璃的减薄,老式的机器人手臂在正常抓取过程中,玻璃因幅面大,所以玻璃晃动很大,这种晃动经常性造成玻璃碎裂,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在抓取大尺寸液晶玻璃基板时,保持液晶玻璃基板稳定,避免玻璃破裂的机器人手臂。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型包括两根竖型材及位于两根竖型材之间的两根横型材Ⅰ,在所述的竖型材上设有吸盘,在所述两根横型材Ⅰ的上下两侧各增加一根横型材Ⅱ,横型材Ⅱ上也设有吸盘。
在每根竖型材上设置五个吸盘。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在机器人手臂的两根横型材Ⅰ的上下两侧各增加一根横型材Ⅱ,且在横型材Ⅱ设置吸盘,由此解决了玻璃中间部分的晃动,改进后玻璃晃动大幅减轻,没有碎片发生。除此之外,在机器人手臂的两根竖型材上增加一个吸盘,增强两边的吸持力,使玻璃在抓取过程中更加稳定,避免了玻璃的破裂,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型包括两根竖型材1及位于两根竖型材之间的两根横型材Ⅰ2,在两根横型材Ⅰ2之间还设有连接型材4,该连接型材4用于连接机器人。
本实用新型在两根横型材Ⅰ2的上下两侧各增加一根横型材Ⅱ5,横型材Ⅱ5上各设有一个吸盘3,用来稳定玻璃中间部分的晃动。
另外,在每根竖型材1上设置五个吸盘3,比原来增加了一个吸盘,这样更加增强了两边的吸持力。

1.一种抓取大尺寸TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板机器人手臂,它包括两根竖型材(1)及位于两根竖型材之间的两根横型材Ⅰ(2),在所述的竖型材(1)上设有吸盘(3),其特征在于:在所述两根横型材Ⅰ(2)的上下两侧各增加一根横型材Ⅱ(5),横型材Ⅱ(5)上也设有吸盘(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抓取大尺寸TFT-LCD液晶玻璃基板机器人手臂,其特征在于:在每根竖型材(1)上设置五个吸盘(3)。
