刀口研配时一般是将凹模刀口焊接好,再在刀片的刀口研配区涂上丹红,然后上机床进行磕刀口,但是由于机床进行微调时下调尺寸不是很精确,经常会出现刀口崩损现象,既浪费机床的生产时间又造成不必要的损失。
