本实用新型涉及到一种冲压模具，尤其涉及到一种冲压模具的脱板入块。
背景技术
机加工中常常用到冲压模具，利用冲压模具的强力冲压实现对产品进行冲压加工。在冲压模具的上模设有脱板入块，与下模配合实现对产品冲压。由于产品不同，对脱板入块的要求也不一样。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种冲压模具的脱板入块，它可以同时实现加工产品的整形和剪边。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种冲压模具的脱板入块，包括依次连接的上模座、上垫板、上夹板、深固板、脱料板，其特征是：所述脱料板中间部位设有脱板入块。
以上所述脱板入块前后端面上设有纵向的通槽，其底部设有凹面。
以上所述脱板入块上端面设有螺孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型可与下模配合对产品冲压，上模的脱板入块实现对冲压件的整形和剪边，达到了本实用新型的目的。

参见附图2和附图3，所述脱板入块6前后端面上设有纵向的通槽7，其底部端面设有凹面9，在所述脱板入块6上端面设有螺孔8。
