本实用新型是机电技术领域中的一种新型铅酸电池极板,通过压缩空气室的气压作用于补充液上,在透过慢渗透隔膜,缓慢将补充液通过补充液虹吸管补充到慢渗透隔膜内,始终保持电池电解液的最佳浓度,实现对电池的最佳保护。 
背景技术
目前普通的铅酸电池极板,电解液浓度在夏天或工作发热,会蒸发水份使电解液变浓,都不能补充,而导至电池极易损坏。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型铅酸电池极板,透过慢渗透隔膜,缓慢将补充液通过补充液虹吸管补充到慢渗透隔膜内,始终保持电池电解液的最佳浓度,实现对电池的最佳保护。 
其目的是这样实现的,在图1中,在两块电池极板的中间装有吸附纤维和补充液虹吸管,补充液虹吸管通过慢渗透隔膜与补充液和压缩空气室连接,电池极板与电源输出端电气连接。
铅酸电池在长期使用中特别在夏天,会蒸发水份使电解液变浓,而导至电池损坏,通过压缩空气室的气压作用于补充液上,在透过慢渗透隔膜,缓慢将补充液通过补充液虹吸管补充到慢渗透隔膜内,始终保持电池电解液的最佳浓度,实现对电池的最佳保护。

下面结合图1详细说明本实用新型提出的具体工作情况,图1中在两块电池极板(5)的中间装有吸附纤维(4)和补充液虹吸管(6),补充液虹吸管(6)通过慢渗透隔膜(3)与补充液(1)和压缩空气室(2)连接,电池极板(5)与电源输出端(7)电气连接。

1.一种新型铅酸电池极板,由补充液、压缩空气室、慢渗透隔膜、吸附纤维、电池极板、补充液虹吸管、电源输出端组成;其特征是:在两块电池极板的中间装有吸附纤维和补充液虹吸管,补充液虹吸管通过慢渗透隔膜与补充液和压缩空气室连接,电池极板与电源输出端电气连接。
