目前的光伏接线盒通常采用太阳能光伏接线盒来实现光伏组件和逆变器之间的电连接。考虑到接线盒的应用场合通常是户外环境,因此防止雨水等介质渗入接线盒从而影响内部的电连接是接线盒设计中一个较为重要的考虑因素。在现有光伏接线盒的密封结构中,接线盒的上下盒通过卡口或紧固件连接,密封是通过上下盖内上下挤压橡胶密封圈进行密封的,安装不便,易脱落造成重大质量事故;也有通过内外挤压实现密封,但需要模具精度高,易造成侧向壳盖挤压形成应力变形,造成密封不良形成质量事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种光伏接线盒,通过密封圈的外壁同光伏接线盒体的外向接口的内壁过盈配合,该密封圈的内壁同对应的导线的外壁过盈配合,这样的结构简单且其密封性能高,夹持力大,并且不会造成应力变形。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案予以实现。
