本实用新型属于电气元器件技术领域,涉及一种新型LED背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器大量应用于电脑、通讯设备、电视机等设备中,主要由液晶面板和背光模组组成。面板的光源由背光模组提供,目前,大多数背光模组都是采用LED作为背光源。LED光源表现为一种点光源,其发出的光具有很强的方向性,其强度随角度的增大急剧降低,因此需要设计特殊的结构实现点光源向面光源的转换,以达到提高光源的均匀性的目的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型LED背光模组,设有反光板和导光板,导光板对应LED灯处开有凹槽,凹槽表面的正对LED灯上方为向LED灯凸出的球面,能实现LED点光源向面光源的转换,提高光源的均匀性。

如图1所示,一种新型LED背光模组,其特征在于,包括多个LED灯、导光板、反光板、电路基板和背板;背板设置在电路基板背面,反光板设置于电路基板的前面,所述LED灯封装于电路基板上,反光板上设有用于容纳LED灯的通孔,LED灯的灯头由该通孔伸出;所述导光板置于所述LED灯上面,导光板对应LED灯处开有凹槽,凹槽表面的正对LED灯上方为向LED灯凸出的球面。
LED灯发出的光从导光板凹槽进入,发生折射和反射,折射光直接从导光板凹槽的向LED灯凸出的球面射出,反射光线反射到反光板再反射到LED光扩散角度以外的暗区中,从而使暗区变亮,多次混光的作用使得从导光板上表面出射的输出光达到近似一致的照度分布,实现LED点光源向面光源的转换,提高光源的均匀性。

1.一种新型LED背光模组,其特征在于,包括多个LED灯、导光板、反光板、电路基板和背板;
背板设置在电路基板背面,反光板设置于电路基板的前面,所述LED灯封装于电路基板上,反光板上设有用于容纳LED灯的通孔,LED灯的灯头由该通孔伸出;
所述导光板置于所述LED灯上面,导光板对应LED灯处开有凹槽,凹槽表面的正对LED灯上方为向LED灯凸出的球面。
