本实用新型涉及一种密封圈。
背景技术
密封圈在重复使用过程中，会造成密封圈的磨损，需要拆换密封圈。原来传统的密封圈的骨架和橡胶体是一体的，需要把骨架和橡胶体一起换下，对于较大的密封圈这种拆换过程比较麻烦，也造成材料的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决以上问题，提供一种更换时可以单独拆卸更换橡胶体的密封圈。
本实用新型密封圈包括骨架、橡胶体，在橡胶体外侧设置固定板，在骨架、橡胶体和固定板相对应的位置设有若干连接孔，连接孔内设有螺栓。
本实用新型是将传统密封圈的骨架和橡胶件两部分分开，在安装的时候再用固定板和螺栓将骨架和橡胶件连接为一个整体，在需要更换密封圈时，不用拆下骨架部分，只需把橡胶件单独换下即可，骨架可以继续保留使用，因此本实用新型密封圈在安装、拆换过程只更换橡胶体，节约了时间和人力，同时也节约了骨架部分的使用材料，设计加工简单、成本低、性能优良。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型密封圈包括骨架1、橡胶体2，在橡胶体2外侧设置固定板3，根据油封的大小、骨架厚度，在骨架1、橡胶体2和固定板3相对应的位置开上若干连接孔，在连接孔内拧上螺栓4，通过螺栓4将骨架1和橡胶体2紧固为一个整体。
油封安装过程：先将骨架安装上，然后装上橡胶体，最后用固定板和螺栓把骨架和橡胶体紧固在一起。油封拆装过程：将螺栓拧下来，把固定板和橡胶体拆下，换上新的橡胶体即可。
