为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它是由机体，扫刷，喷头，水箱，鼓风机和把手组成。扫刷位于机体的前端，喷头被设置在扫刷的上面，水箱被安装在机体的上端并与喷头相连，鼓风机被安装在机体内的右下端，把手被安装在机体的一侧。
本实用新型具有改造费用低廉，清洁效果好，尤其是防扬尘效果显著等优点。
