本实用新型涉及一种提升装置,特别涉及一种吊台的四绳提升装置。
背景技术
目前,大家常见的吊台提升装置大多是使用滚筒式卷扬机,其包含4个卷扬滚筒,且每个卷扬滚筒上各缠绕1根钢丝绳,然后,4根钢丝绳牵引吊台上下活动。
然而,现有的技术却存在如下缺点:当卷扬机提升吊台时,若钢丝绳卷入滚筒的排线顺序不好,则4根钢丝绳就不会同步,从而会引起吊台倾斜且不能调整。因此,卷扬时钢丝绳的排线问题便变得至关重要,稍有不慎便会引发事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:现有的吊台提升装置,其卷扬滚筒中的钢丝绳排线容易出错,而导致钢丝绳不同步,引起吊台倾斜,不能调整的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种四绳提升装置,其特征包括:一台减速电机与两套提升装置,所述减速电机驱动这两套提升装置;
所述提升装置,由绞盘、弹簧压盘与钢丝绳构成,并通过弹簧压盘将绞盘与钢丝绳压紧。
所述绞盘,共四个,两个成一组,且每组中的绞盘通过齿轮传动,由前面的带动后面一个;
所述钢丝绳,共两根,且每根分别穿过一组绞盘中成“S”型缠绕。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型是利用各组绞盘分别带动两根钢丝绳,减速电机同时驱动两组提升装置,从而使四根钢丝绳可以同步并均衡受力,使吊台可以平稳升降。且采用本实用新型具有体积小、效率高、且不受钢丝绳长短的限制等优点,从而具备了双重的安全防护。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型是通过一台减速电机(5)驱动两套提升装置,且每套提升装置分别输送两根根钢丝绳(1)(2)和(3)(4),每根钢丝绳是通过绞盘(6)(7)“S”型缠绕,利用弹簧压盘(8)把钢丝绳与绞盘((7)压紧,减速电机(5)驱动绞盘(7),绞盘(7)通过齿轮传动带动绞盘(6),钢丝绳通过绞盘进行″S″型穿行,从而钢丝绳利用与绞盘的摩擦力提升重物。

1.一种四绳提升装置,其特征包括:一台减速电机与两套提升装置,所述减速电机驱动这两套提升装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四绳提升装置,其特征在于,所述提升装置,由绞盘、弹簧压盘与钢丝绳构成,并通过弹簧压盘将绞盘与钢丝绳压紧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的四绳提升装置,其特征在于,所述绞盘,共四个,两个成一组,且每组中的绞盘通过齿轮传动,由前面的带动后面一个。
4.根据权利要求2所述的四绳提升装置,其特征在于,所述钢丝绳,共两根,且每根分别穿过一组绞盘中成“S”型缠绕。
