Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种出口带旋转挡板的分配器，其设置有可旋转的用于分配物料的流管，流管的出口设置有能够旋转的挡板。利用本实用新型提供的出口带旋转挡板的分配器，当流管旋转时，挡板能随着流管同步转动。当物料进入到某个料仓时，其它的分配器出口被旋转挡板盖住了，不会有物料进入到其它料仓，避免物料进入到其它料仓造成混料现象。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可以在饲料厂和油厂中用于分配物料的分配器，具体涉及一种出口带旋转挡板的分配器。
背景技术
分配器是饲料厂和油厂中的常用设备，用于分配物料。如图1所示，通常的分配器的主要组成部件包括：壳体2、该壳体2上端的上盖1以及设置在该壳体2内的一个可旋转的用于分配物料的流管3，该流管3通过驱动装置4得以旋转。同类产品技术现状为：流管出口不带挡板，物料很容易通过流管与壳体的间隙进入到其它料仓，造成混料现象。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种出口带旋转挡板的分配器。
本实用新型提供的出口带旋转挡板的分配器，其设置有一个可旋转的用于分配物料的流管，所述流管的出口设置有能够旋转的挡板。
较佳地，所述流管和所述挡板通过法兰连接。
利用本实用新型提供的出口带旋转挡板的分配器，当流管旋转时，挡板能随着流管同步转动。当物料进入到某个料仓时，其它的分配器出口被旋转挡板盖住了，不会有物料进入到其它料仓，避免物料进入到其它料仓造成混料现象。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，该出口带旋转挡板的分配器包括壳体2、位于该壳体2上端的上盖1以及设置在该壳体2内的一个可旋转的用于分配物料的流管3，该流管3通过驱动装置4得以旋转。流管3的出口设置有-能够旋转的挡板5。较佳地，流管3和挡板5通过法兰连接。当流管旋转时，挡板能随着流管同步转动。当物料进入到某个料仓时，其它的分配器出口被旋转挡板盖住了，不会有物料进入到其它料仓，避免物料进入到其它料仓造成混料现象。

1.出口带旋转挡板的分配器，设置有一个可旋转的用于分配物料的流管，其特征在于，所述流管的出口设置有能够旋转的挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的出口带旋转挡板的分配器，其特征在于，所述流管和所述挡板通过法兰连接。
