本实用新型公开了一种搅拌车水箱，包括水箱本体，所述水箱本体的底边设有尾气进口,其顶边设有尾气出口,在所述水箱本体内装有加热管，该加热管在水箱本体内呈螺旋形分布，所述加热管的一端从尾气进口伸出，并与搅拌车发动机尾气筒连通，所述加热管的另一端从尾气出口伸出水箱本体外。采用上述技术方案，将尾气筒中的废气引到水箱中，对水箱中的水进行加热，避免水箱中的水结冰，这样既能保证施工的正常进行，又不会造成能源的浪费。

本实用新型涉及一种搅拌车的部件，特别涉及一种搅拌车水箱。
背景技术
搅拌车的车架上都装有一个水箱，当搅拌罐搅拌完混凝土之后，就用该水箱中的水冲洗搅拌罐，在寒冷的冬天，尤其是在我国北方，气温通常都是零下几度甚至十几度，水箱中的水易结冰，这就导致施工不能正常的进行。另一方面搅拌车发动机尾气筒中排放的废气温度较高，通常情况下，该废气直接排放在空气中，造成能源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能利用发动机排放的废气对水箱中的水进行加热的搅拌车水箱。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种搅拌车水箱，包括水箱本体，所述水箱本体的底边设有尾气进口,其顶边设有尾气出口, 在所述水箱本体内装有加热管，该加热管在水箱本体内呈螺旋形分布，所述加热管的一端从尾气进口伸出，并与搅拌车发动机尾气筒连通，所述加热管的另一端与尾气出口连通。
采用上述技术方案，将尾气筒中的废气引到水箱中，对水箱中的水进行加热，避免水箱中的水结冰，这样既能保证施工的正常进行，又不会造成能源的浪费。
在上述技术方案中，为了使传热效果好，所述加热管为金属管。

实施例1，如图1所示，本实用新型由水箱本体1，金属制成的加热管2、搅拌车发动机尾气筒3等部件构成。所述水箱本体1的底边靠近右侧的位置设有尾气进口1a,其顶边靠近左侧的位置设有尾气出口1b, 在所述水箱本体1内装有加热管2，该加热管2在水箱内呈螺旋形分布，该加热管2的一端从尾气进口1a伸出，并与搅拌车发动机尾气筒3连通，所述加热管2的另一端与尾气出口1b连通。

1.一种搅拌车水箱，包括水箱本体（1），其特征在于：所述水箱本体（1）的底边设有尾气进口（1a）,其顶边设有尾气出口（1b）, 在所述水箱本体（1）内装有加热管（2），该加热管（2）在水箱本体（1）内呈螺旋形分布，所述加热管（2）的一端从尾气进口（1a）伸出，并与搅拌车发动机尾气筒（3）连通，所述加热管（2）的另一端与尾气出口（1b）连通。
