附图1为本实用新型的一种具体实施方式，不锈钢丝1纵横交织成网，网的四周设置有边框2，在相对着的两个边框2上各设置有一个把手3。为了使切出的豆腐大小合适，不锈钢丝1交织成的网网格为1cm*1cm的正方形。
使用的时候，将豆腐切成符合长宽的块，可以将一整块豆腐一起切，切成条，也可以将豆腐先切成薄片，再用切豆腐器切成块，非常方便。并且切出来的豆腐块除了四周的可能小一些之外，其余的大小都一样，非常好看，特别适合饭店使用。
