 本实用新型涉及去锈装置领域,具体地说是一种钢盘条高频加热自动扒皮装置。
背景技术
众所周知,钢盘条在无酸洗拉拔扒皮过程中,由于钢盘条属于高碳钢,韧性差,在进入扒皮机时,如果弯曲率大,非常容易脆断。弯曲率小时,扒皮不完全,影响生产效率。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种钢盘条高频加热自动扒皮装置,解决钢盘条扒皮过程中的脆断问题,提高了生产效率,优化了产品质量,节约了成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种钢盘条高频加热自动扒皮装置,设有钢条压直机、扒皮机、在线磷化装置、拉丝装置、收线装置及电控操作装置,其特征是,钢条压直机与扒皮机之间设有电磁加热线圈,电磁加热线圈经高频加热装置、变频器与电控操作装置电连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,根本上解决了扒皮过程中的脆断问题,提高了生产效率,优化了产品质量,节约了成本。

具体实施方式
图1所示,本实用新型设有钢条压直机1、扒皮机3、在线磷化装置4、拉丝装置5、收线装置6及电控操作装置9,钢条压直机1与扒皮机3之间设有电磁加热线圈2,电磁加热线圈2经高频加热装置7、变频器8与电控操作装置9电连接。
本实用新型在扒皮机3前端安装高频加热装置7,让钢盘条通过电磁加热线圈2进入扒皮机3,由电控操作装置9进行速度控制,拉丝装置5从0-5m/s加速过程中,通过自动跟踪控制信号,扒皮机3部位的钢盘条以0-1m/s的速度跟随,高频加热温度能够保持在200-250度之间,如果拉拔过程中出现断丝,也能立刻停止加热。
拉丝装置5在电控操作装置9前控制开车,速度从零开始启动,变频器8中的CUVC板控制高频感应装置,输出信号从0v到10V变化,使高频感应装置交流电频率从0-50hz变化,高频感应设备交流电(380V/220V)整流滤波后得到直流电,再经过逆变电路把直流电转换成高频电流,经高频变压器输出到环状电磁加热线圈2。由此在线圈内产生极性瞬间变化的强磁束,当钢盘条穿过线圈时,磁束就会贯通整个被加热物体,在钢盘条的内部与加热电流相反的方向,便会产生相对应的很大涡电流。由于钢盘条内存在着电阻,所以会产生很多的焦耳热,使其自身的温度迅速上升,达到对钢盘条加热的目的。

1.一种钢盘条高频加热自动扒皮装置,设有钢条压直机、扒皮机、在线磷化装置、拉丝装置、收线装置及电控操作装置,其特征是:钢条压直机与扒皮机之间设有电磁加热线圈,电磁加热线圈经高频加热装置、变频器与电控操作装置电连接。
