本实用新型公开了一种箱式变电站自动灭火装置，包括传感器，用以检测箱式变电站内的温度、烟雾信号；信号处理器，用以对传感器的信号进行处理；电磁阀，响应信号处理器，用以对外输出开关操作；其中，传感器与信号处理器连接，信号处理器的输出与电磁阀连接，电磁阀串接在与灭火剂储存罐相连接的管道中。该箱式变电站自动灭火装置，能够自动感知箱式变电站内的高温和烟雾信号，并且能够自动及时、主动地进行火灾的扑灭，避免造成箱式变电站内的电气设备的进一步损坏，限制火灾的扩大、蔓延。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种箱式变电站的改进，具体地说是一种箱式变电站自动灭火装置。
背景技术
现有的箱式变电站，体积小，安装空间有限。为了散热，箱式变电站上有散热孔、散热风扇，有的采用了降温空调，这些在对付一般场合的应用都没有问题，但是，如果遇到箱式变电站的某个发热器件或者开关器件工作失控，短时间产生大量的热量，热量的散发是一个问题。
箱式变电站处于长期运行状态，箱式变电站内部的各种电器设备和元器件，在通电的情况下，都会产生热量，各种接触器触头、断路器触头、电缆接头等是容易发热处。
在天气炎热的季节，和工作负荷比较大的情况下，箱式变电站里面的发热情况就会变得加重，在温度过高时，容易引起火灾。
我们现有的箱式变电站无法自动感应和处理火灾，只能由其发生，而其电气火灾的扑灭也得依靠人工进行，如果人工发现不及时，扑灭不迅速的话，有可能引发更大范围的火灾，引发上级电气回路出现故障。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种箱式变电站自动灭火装置，结构简单，使用方便，当箱式变电站内部存在高温、火灾隐患时，能够自动检测并对箱式变电站的高温火灾及时自动扑灭。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案：箱式变电站自动灭火装置，其特征在于：包括传感器，用以检测箱式变电站内的温度、烟雾信号；信号处理器，用以对传感器的信号进行处理；电磁阀，响应信号处理器，用以对外输出开关操作；其中，传感器与信号处理器连接，信号处理器的输出与电磁阀连接，电磁阀串接在与灭火剂储存罐相连接的管道中。
可选的，所述的传感器为温度传感器。
进一步，所述的传感器为烟感传感器。
更好的，所述的传感器为烟感温感一体传感器。
本实用新型具有如下的良好技术效果：能够自动感知箱式变电站内的高温和烟雾信号，并且能够自动及时、主动地进行火灾的扑灭，避免造成箱式变电站内的电气设备的进一步损坏，限制火灾的扩大、蔓延。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。箱式变电站自动灭火装置，包括传感器1，传感器1用来对箱式变电站内的温度、烟雾信号进行检测。信号处理器2，用以对传感器的信号进行放大和处理。信号处理器2的输出信号连接至电磁阀3，电磁阀3响应信号处理器，用以对外输出开关操作，电磁阀3串接在与灭火剂储存罐6相连接的管道5中。
当箱式变电站中出现温度过高或烟雾情况时，信号处理器2对传感器1的感知信号进行判定处理，使得与信号处理器2连接的电磁阀3处于打开状态，灭火剂储存罐6中的灭火剂通过管道5、电磁阀3从喷头4处喷向箱式变电站中的温度过高或烟雾处，达到灭火的目的。
喷头4设置在箱式变电站中容易发热产生高温的地方，如接头处、触点处等。为了达到理想的效果，喷头4可以设计成为多个分支喷头，同时对准多个目标。
灭火剂可以采用干粉。干粉是一种干燥的、易于流动的微细固体粉末，由能灭火的基料和防潮剂、流动促进剂、结块防止剂等添加剂组成。主要用于扑救石油、有机溶剂等易燃液体、可燃气体和电气设备的初起火灾。
灭火剂储存罐6中装有干粉，以及装有作为喷射动力的压缩二氧化碳气体或氮气，干粉灭火器是利用二氧化碳气体或氮气气体作动力，将筒内的干粉喷出灭火的由压缩氮气推动即喷射出来，达到灭火目的。
传感器1设置在箱式变电站中容易发热产生高温的地方，以便及时准确地检测箱式变电站中的异常温度信号。
可选的，传感器1为温度传感器，用以对箱式变电站中的异常温度作出反应。
传感器1也可为烟雾传感器，用以对箱式变电站中烟雾作出反应。
更进一步，传感器1为烟感温感一体传感器，同时对异常温度和烟雾作出反应。

1.箱式变电站自动灭火装置，其特征在于：包括传感器，用以检测箱式变电站内的温度、烟雾信号；信号处理器，用以对传感器的信号进行处理；电磁阀，响应信号处理器，用以对外输出开关操作；其中，传感器与信号处理器连接，信号处理器的输出与电磁阀连接，电磁阀串接在与灭火剂储存罐相连接的管道中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱式变电站自动灭火装置，其特征在于：所述的传感器为温度传感器。
