Abstract

腹腔镜胃肠道手术常需切断闭合消化道管腔，并在其一侧断端管腔壁上进行荷包缝合，放置荷包缝线，因腹腔镜手术利用长杆器械伸入腹腔进行操作，或仅作腹壁小切口进行消化道部分切除和吻合，而在腹腔镜下或经小切口进行荷包缝合难度很大，且容易造成副损伤，为解决以上问题，本实用新型提供一种腹腔镜手术切割闭合荷包缝合器，将直线切割闭合器和一次性荷包缝合器合并于一把器械，可实现在切断闭合管腔同时，在一侧断端放置荷包缝线，从而易化手术操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及外科手术器械，为腹腔镜胃肠道手术提供可同时切割闭合消化道管腔并放置荷包缝合线的器械，易化手术操作。
背景技术
目前，腹腔镜手术已广泛开展，成为外科学发展方向，腹腔镜胃肠道手术常需切断闭合消化道管腔，并在其一侧断端管腔壁上进行荷包缝合，放置荷包缝线，再进行后续的吻合等操作，因腹腔镜手术利用长杆器械经腹壁通道伸入腹腔进行操作，或仅作腹壁小切口进行消化道部分切除和吻合，而在腹腔镜下或经小切口进行荷包缝合难度很大，耗时较长，且容易因牵拉等因素造成周围组织副损伤，目前已有开放手术用的一次性荷包缝合钳，可钳夹管腔后利用小金属钉将荷包缝线固定在管腔壁上，也已有腹腔镜手术用的长柄直线切割闭合器，但仍未解决以上手术操作难题。
发明内容
为解决腹腔镜手术中荷包缝合困难的问题，本实用新型提供一种腹腔镜手术切割闭合荷包缝合器，可实现在切割闭合消化道管腔的同时，在一侧断端放置荷包缝线，从而易化手术操作。
本实用新型的技术方案为：将腹腔镜直线切割闭合器与一次性荷包缝合器钳口并排合并，共用击发手柄，器械钳口两臂横向宽10mm，单臂厚度5mm，沿长轴方向分为两侧，一侧为直线切割闭合器部分，另一侧为一次性荷包缝合器部分，带有荷包缝线，通过手柄闭合钳口并击发后，消化道管腔将被切割闭合器的金属钉闭合并从闭合线中间切断，同时一次性荷包缝合器通过较小的金属钉将荷包缝线固定于断端一侧的管腔外表面，使消化道管腔的切断封闭与放置荷包缝线在一次操作中完成，易化手术操作。钳口外表面标有刻度，可在操作时测量闭合口尺寸。

具体实施方式
将腹腔镜直线切割闭合器与一次性荷包缝合器钳口并排合并，共用击发手柄(图1)，器械钳口沿长轴方向分为两侧，一侧为直线切割闭合器部分，另一侧为一次性荷包缝合器部分，带有荷包缝线(图2，图3)，通过手柄闭合钳口并击发后(图4)，消化道管腔将被切割闭合器的金属钉闭合并从闭合线中间切断，同时一次性荷包缝合器通过较小的金属钉将荷包线固定于断端一侧的管腔外表面(图5)，使消化道管腔的切断封闭与放置荷包缝线在一次操作中完成。
图4所示的实施例中，腹腔镜手术切割闭合荷包缝合器夹闭消化道管腔。
图5所示的实施例中，腹腔镜手术切割闭合荷包缝合器切割闭合消化道管腔同时，在一侧断端管腔表面固定荷包缝线。

1.一种腹腔镜手术切割闭合荷包缝合器，其特征是：将腹腔镜直线切割闭合器与一次性荷包缝合器钳口并排合并，共用击发手柄，器械钳口分为两侧，一侧为直线切割闭合器部分，另一侧为一次性荷包缝合器部分，带有荷包缝线，通过手柄闭合钳口并击发后，消化道管腔的切断封闭与放置荷包缝线在一次操作中完成。
