Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种掀盖式电池盖结构，包括壳体和电池盖，在壳体内固定设置有弹扣，电池盖盖装在壳体上后与弹扣相卡合，该弹扣呈“L“形，并且该弹扣的竖直臂上设置有舌状突起，电池盖的内壁上设置有与舌状突起相卡合的卡臂。本实用新型利用POM材料制成的弹扣本身的自润滑性和能变形特性，在壳体生产中就可以很好的包容壳体公差所带来的影响，从而保证电池盖开盖手感及与壳体的配合。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种掀盖式电池盖结构，具体地说是一种手机等电子产品的掀盖式电池盖结构。
背景技术
目前市面上掀盖式电池盖的手机，电池盖与手机壳体的固定方式主要有以下两种：
1、通过卡扣将电池盖和手机壳体固定。这是比较传统简易的方式，该种方式缺点是电池盖与手机壳体卡扣的扣合量要求很高，扣合量大会导致电池盖很紧很难拆卸，甚至容易破坏电池盖；扣合量少则电池盖与机壳配合松动甚至很容易脱落。为保证电池盖与主机配合好，这样对电池盖及主机壳的生产工艺要求特别高，公差要求就很小，生产困难。
2、通过活动卡扣将电池盖和主机固定，并在手机壳体外观上做个按钮或者推钮，按下按钮或者拨开推钮电池盖与主机壳脱开从而卸下电池盖。这种方案的缺点是外观上的按钮会影响外观整体效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种主要用于手机上的掀盖式电池盖结构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
一种掀盖式电池盖结构，包括壳体和电池盖，所述壳体内固定设置有弹扣，电池盖盖装在壳体上后与弹扣相卡合。
所述弹扣呈“L“形，并且该弹扣的竖直臂上设置有舌状突起，电池盖的内壁上设置有与舌状突起相卡合的卡臂。
所述弹扣由聚甲醛POM制成。
本实用新型在壳体上设置聚甲醛材料制成的弹扣，使其与电池盖相卡合，利用POM弹扣本身的自润滑性及能变形等特性，只需要一次性调整好电池盖与弹扣的配合间隙，在壳体生产中就可以很好的包容壳体公差所带来的影响，从而保证电池盖开盖手感及与壳体的配合。
通过POM弹扣本身的材料自润滑性及弹扣的可变形特性，我们只要一次性调整好电池盖与弹扣的配合间隙，在壳体生产中就可以很好的包容壳体公差所带来的影响，从而保证电池盖开盖手感及与壳体的配合。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如附图1所示，一种掀盖式电池盖结构，包括壳体1和电池盖2，在壳体1内固定设置有具有一定弹性的弹扣3，电池盖2盖装在壳体1上并且与弹扣3相卡合。为了使弹扣3与电池盖2更好的卡合安装，弹扣3设置为“L”形，并且该弹扣3的竖直臂上设置有舌状突起4，电池盖2的内壁上设置有与该舌状突起4相配合的卡臂5。
另外，弹扣由聚甲醛POM材料制成。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实施方式，需要说明的是，在不脱离本实用新型的发明构思的前提下，任何显而易见的替换均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种掀盖式电池盖结构，包括壳体（1）和电池盖（2），其特征在于：所述壳体内固定设置有弹扣（3），电池盖盖装在壳体上后与弹扣相卡合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的掀盖式电池盖结构，其特征在于：所述弹扣呈“L“形，并且该弹扣的竖直臂上设置有舌状突起（4），电池盖的内壁上设置有与舌状突起相卡合的卡臂（5）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的掀盖式电池盖结构，其特征在于：所述弹扣由聚甲醛POM制成。
